Originarios de los Países Bajos, Jens y Annet se enamoraron de la Dordoña y en 2021 abrieron una magnífica finca con vistas a la famosa y soberbia Roque Saint-Christophe. Idealmente situado, este encantador lugar es la base ideal para explorar el valle del Vézère, disfrutando al mismo tiempo de todas las comodidades del hogar. Una piscina compartida, barbacoa en la terraza, estufa de leña y otras instalaciones añaden un toque especial a su estancia. Los anfitriones están especialmente comprometidos con el bienestar de sus huéspedes, y siempre están a su disposición para aconsejarles sobre qué hacer en la zona.

Wij zijn met de Pasen te gast geweest!
De lieve gastvrouw Anneke stelt alles in het werk om het een ieder naar het zin te maken.
Een hoofdgebouw met gezellig ingerichte kamers, en daarnaast een aantal leuke bijgebouwen maken het als thuiskomen.
In de omgeving zijn leuke historische stadjes, wandelmogelijkheden en de mogelijkheid om kanotochten te maken!

Jens is a good climber and guide and showed us a beautiful crag where I could climb for the first time in many years. The surrounding area is stunning in autumn and we enjoyed visiting the lovely villages and towns in the area. Just by stepping out the front door I was able to run a couple of really nice trails around the gÎte with some nice climbing and fast descents and even small streams to cross. These trails are also great for regular hiking.
Last but not least, this area is an archeological treasure. Jens and Annet provided us with a shortlist of places and sites to visit. Lascaux was the obvious choice and really worth it, but the cave that we actually enjoyed more was a smaller one in the area where you could visit the original cave instead of a reproduction like Lascaux.
