Confortable hotel con amplias habitaciones y pisos de diseño urbano y piscina en la azotea.
El hotel está situado en Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), con una magnífica vista del horizonte de la Marina y de Sheikh Zayed Road. Su gran ventaja es que está a poca distancia del metro, que permite acceder a las principales atracciones de la ciudad, pero también permite cruzar a pie la calle Sheikh Zayed Road y unirse al tranvía. El hotel es muy confortable, con amplias habitaciones y pisos de diseño urbano, con una piscina en la azotea.

Das Pullman Jumeihra Lakes ist eher ein 5Sterne Hotel der unteren Klasse (kein Vergleich zu zB den Conrad-Hotels), wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden hier. Die Lage direkt an der Metro ist klasse, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das Abendbuffet. Auch konnten wir ein Mittagessen im Manzoni Restaurant genießen, sehr lecker und ansprechend serviert (Holzofenpizza!).
Zimmer, besonders das Bad könnte etwas renoviert werden (Fugen etc), jedoch ist alles sehr sauber und großzügig gestaltet, die Betten sind sehr groß und bequem! Wir würden wieder hier übernachten!

This is not my first time in the hotel but the service, team and cleaning are the top.
Their priority was to ensure that the guests were happy and satisfied.

Hotel is in very good location in Dubai. Staff is very nice e.g. Mrs Zar.

I would like to specially mention the professionalism, generosity and kindness of House Keeping Manager Jamshad, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing warm hospitality, hot chocolate and cake. Jamshad graciously accommodated me for the night at the Pullman after all attempts to find me transport home failed. I was offered complimentary toiletries and cozy bedroom slippers and a safe place to sleep over. Wow, I did not expect that!
The highlight was waking up in the morning to a surprising complimentary buffet breakfast, served with a smile by the superb staff.
A heartfelt thank you to Pullman Hotel and Jamshad for turning an inconvenience into a memorable experience!.
I also wish to thank Anaas for his superb assistance in finding me transportation home the next morning. Thanks for your concern, I felt so relieved!
Pullman Hotel JLT, I have been completely flabbergasted by your hospitality, generosity and humanity shown to me in those unfortunate circumstances. I will be most definately back soon with a group of friends for dinner at your amazing seafood restaurant!
