The hotel is located near the beautiful Dubai Eye / Marina Promenade / Marina Mall.
The hotel reception is staffed by very helpful / kind / friendly professional staff. The hotel is responsive to your special requests.
On the day of arrival, a welcome card with a box of candy was waiting for me in the room. It was a wonderful heart warming zest from the hotel. Thank you!
The hotel room is large and beautifully furnished. There is a possibility to make coffee / tea in the room. There is bottled water in the room.
The bed is comfortable. Pillows / blankets are soft and comfortable. A beautiful view of the Persian Gulf from the balcony.
The bathroom is equipped with shampoo / conditioner / shower gel.
The hotel's pool area has sun loungers /a bar and a cozy seating area. The sandy beach is opposite the hotel. Beach towels and a parasol will be nicely packed by the hotel for you when you go to the beach.
The hotel's gym is suitable for even the most demanding customers. The gym has a wide selection of high-quality training equipment. Music plays in the background / there are three televisions on the wall where you can watch various news if you wish. And the best thing is that it is open from 6 in the morning.
The breakfast is very rich and tasty. Hardworking chefs take excellent care of the display. Private orders are kindly accepted and quickly delivered to the table.
The special themed dinners were super nice. Background musicians. The food was delicious and the service was great. The restaurant is small, but perhaps I should contact an architect regarding its design ;) Perhaps I felt the lack of details that create a mood, such as softer light and a quieter atmosphere.
The hotel has a very helpful and friendly porter. A kind and smiling concierge who is quickly ready to organize a taxi for you and open the doors.
Only one a small observation for the hotel. The only weak link in the hotel was the room cleaning / rude room attendant. Everyday he left some towel / paper / toilet paper / tea bag / water bottle without putting in the room. At the same time I think that all visitors should be equal for the hotel staff, regardless of their gender or religious views. Politely greeting children and women as well, not just male visitors.
Overall everything was great. I warmly recommend visiting the hotel and for my part I would like to thank the wonderful staff of the hotel for their kindness / friendliness and helpfulness.
