This is the 5th time we have stayed at this hotel (Riz Carlton, Marina) and we are very satisfied as a family. This hotel loves children and is therefore very family-friendly. Special thanks to Olga Demidova (Assistant Guest Experience + Club Lounge Manager), who always took care of our well-being. Which was absolutely exceptional. We would also like to thank the Room Attends team - especially Nabaraj Keshav, who looked after the room very attentively. We can only highly recommend the Riz Carlton, Dubai. Many thanks for everything.

Siamo stati molto bene.
Il punto forte è sicuramente la posizione e la spiaggia. Sicuramente la piu' bella.

Stayed a couple of times at Cana by Tamoka. Great beach place with music. Nice atmosphere in general. Food menu very poor, very limited choices and not so tasty.

I would like to share my thoughts and lovely experience with the Ritz-Carlton in Dubai. It was a great and nice experience. I would like to mention a few people, starting with Mr. Marco, the receptionist, for his amazing service. Mr. Faisal, the luggage gay, is also very nice and kind; he helps carry my baby and small bag every day and always smiles. And Mr. Sachit Negi provided fantastic room service for an hour, and he was very clean and considerate of my needs. I never once called to ask for anything more, and the four days were wonderful and amazing. I will repeat my experience 100 times because of the exceptional performance of the leadership and management. They have a skilled and excellent workforce

I tried the Iftar by the beach, while the service was great, the food varieties and quality were not as expected. Empty trays have not been replaced for a long time. Only two drinks are available. Not what is expected from Ritz Carlton ????

Maximal ein 3 Sterne Hotel, für 1000€ die Nacht eine Unverschämtheit. Das Ritz Carlton kann absolut nicht mit den anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie mithalten. Der Service ist unterirdisch. Man wartet jeden morgen 15-20 Minuten auf einen Tisch beim Frühstück. Essen ist durchschnittlich außer im Lateinamerikanischen Restaurant am Strand. Die Mitarbeiter sind total unmotiviert, man muss nach allem extra fragen egal ob Handtücher oder Wasser. Die Toiletten am Strand eine Zumutung, gleichen einem Plumpsklo. Der Kidsclub ist winzig ohne Aussenbereich! Meine Kinder wollten ihn nicht mal betreten. Sparen Sie sich bitte das Geld und machen sie woanders Urlaub.

Meine Empfehlung: St Regis oder Park Hyatt in Abu Dhabi, perfekt für Familien und Service auf hohem Niveau.

Dubai hat insgesamt extrem nachgelassen. Enttäuschend!

Superb! I stayed here for a few days back in November 2023.
I’m not normally into top end hotels but I thought I’d treat myself, and it was well worth it. Just what you would expect from the Ritz Carlton brand.
My room overlooked the gardens, pools and bay to the front. Loved the pool area (thanks George at the bar) the Rum Bar was nice.
In fact, everybody and everything was very nice.
Did a bit of jet skiing for the first time in 30 years at the beach in front - fun!
Only drawback was the cashpoint didn’t accept my MC Virgin card ????, but the mart across the road did ????.

I was invited to a company iftar at one of the restaurants at this location, I decided to walk at the beach after, even though as a restaurant guest I'm allowed to, the security was increasingly difficult and disrespectful towards me to the point that they threatened and harassed me. The management seemed equally unprofessional to deal with my complaint and dealt with me extremely unempathethically and unprofessional way. I'm deeply saddened and disappointed by the behavior they showed towards me. I will avoid this location and the restaurants here.
