Hôtel bien situé plein centre avec le tram devant. Pas de parking. Chambre pas très grande, confortable. Attention au bruits le samedi des discothèques.Le restaurant pourrait être meilleur avec des fruits de mer.

On m'a donné une chambre coté rue au 1étage un vendredi soir, impossible de dormir avec le bruit des étudiants éméchés

Très bon acceuil et qualité de la nourriture. La décoration des chambres pourrait être remise à niveau.

Tired facilities (not even close to the photos showed) and annoying reception service. I needed to eat something before taking a medicine for strong back pain and the guy told me the kitchen was closed and couldn't be opened (apparently it is a bank caveau even if there is no safe in the room). No different options proposed to help me out. I have to wait until dinner to take my painkiller when finally the kitchen caveau will reopen. Pretty much you're on your own.

Dear Mr Ravetta,
very sorry you had a bad experience with us, you called us for croissants in the afternoon, we offered bread and you refused, we only bake croissant in the morning for breakfast, we have bread available 24 hours as we serve it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
