Las habitaciones presentan una decoración tradicional y disponen de conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, TV de pantalla plana, escritorio, cafetera, mininevera y microondas. Algunas habitaciones superiores también tienen una zona de estar con sofá cama. Los servicios de cortesía incluyen aparcamiento, tardes entre semana, desayuno caliente (o para llevar los días laborables) y servicio de transporte al aeropuerto, al centro de la ciudad y a los lugares de interés cercanos. El hotel también cuenta con piscina al aire libre, patio y gimnasio. Los huéspedes aprecian especialmente la ubicación del hotel, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y bares.
Tried calling and the night clerk was very inept at his job. First, he could not put two sentences together. Second, when I tried to get clarification, he couldn’t follow. He became frustrated then wanted to get off of the phone with no resolution in sight. My son, in his frustration, said a cuss word while trying to explain to the clerk again as he still was not comprehending. The clerk freaked out and hung up on him. We called a bit later and got another clerk who gave us a name to call the next day.
My son called and got the same poor inept clerk who freaked out the night before. There was no cussing but the poor fella lied and said you’re using same language as you did last night and hung up on him.
I will go higher up to resolve this as well as suggest this person be released from his position or at best get proper training. When I say he was clueless about what we needed …
We will not be staying here again. My advice to anyone considering it, do yourself a favor and don’t.
