COUNTRY INN & SUITES BY RADISSON

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were really nice we had an exterior room overlooking the garden and pool! The fire pit was the best! Met some really nice people around it. Hate that it cut off at 10:15pm. Fireplace needs to stay on til 11:00pm!

Before booking I called the hotel and spoke with the manager Greg to make sure they had cribs available as I have a 1 yr old who can not sleep on a bed because he flips and moves the whole night and it’s a safety risk. He assured me they did. I then booked and called again to confirm my booking AND the crib situation with Deja. Me and my husband were set to arrive at 1:30 am and the services “closes” at 11:30 pm. I called a THIRD TIME and spoke to Deja at 9:30pm and asked to make sure there is a crib in our room. She reassured me that the maitenence staff was literally putting one in as we speak and she even gave me our room number and gave me her word that when we arrive exhausted at 1:30 am after a 4.5 hour drive everything would be ready. When we arrived there was NO crib and I called the front desk where Farrah answered. She was SO INCOMPETENT AND RUDE. Telling me and my husband to calm down and telling us it’s not her problem because there was a staff change and all cribs are locked and she “doesn’t even know where the cribs are in the hotel”!!!!! I asked for a solution and she literally told me it’s not her problem and that the most she can do is BRING US A CRIB IN THE MORNING. Me and me husband stayed up until 5 am with the baby because he could sleep on the bed with no railings and we were so scared he’s gonna fall on the hard floor. At 5 am we put the blankets on the floor and slept on the freaking floor!! NEXY DAY- NO refund or partial refund was given just apology!

Pretty nice rooms, the location was convenient but the parking to get into the hotel and the front desk are in 2 separate places which is inconvenient. It was raining, so we didn't get to enjoy the courtyard but it looks nice and relaxing

Très bien! Bon rapport qualité prix! Très bon déjeuner inclus. Bien entretenu! FYI --Tapis dans les chambres. - Bel air de rassemblement au coin du ????. -- piscine non chauffé en février ( froide)
