Hotel requires a $25 early check in if you don’t use app. Parking is valet only but regular parking is available but they have to give you a single use card to get in and out this will not be a place I will be staying g at again in the area. Easier to stay at Hilton properties by airport cheaper and no parking issues. Nicer people too. I spent 120,000 last year at Hilton properties and this is one of the e worse cs I have had to deal with.

Does not allow for late checkout even when you're Gold status or higher. Would recommend a different Hilton.

I mean it’s just a Hilton. Mattresses and pillows are good, room was clean, AC worked great. Unfortunately most of the staff was rude and seemed inconvenienced whenever you ask for something. Stayed here three times as a Diamond member and have never been offered or given an upgrade.

I just never have liked being in a hotel downtown in any city. It was a national sales meeting, so I was not my choice
