In addition to being a great venue for an event, the rooms were very well appointed and very comfortable. The minor issue we encountered was resolved immediately by friendly and attentive staff. Will stay there next time we visit Shreveport.

Really helpful staff. They bring your luggage to room and vale the car. Beautiful old building. Rooms are big and comfortable. There is some construction but did not hear anyone working.
No real breakfast. Few items like cereal.

I used to work there the management is scatter brained and very two faced I wouldn't recommend staying there the rooms are way over priced and there's not much to eat around there and the spa what spa
