Fina dubbelrum. Vi hade egentligen bokat ett familjerum, men av någon konstig anledning fanns det bara ett mindre familjerum kvar som vette mot parkeringen och bara hade en balkong. Vi erbjöds då två dubbelrum istället. Det var ju inte vad vi bokat och kändes inte alls bra. Städningen var bra. Servicen i receptionen var ok. Däremot märkligt att receptionen var obemannad när vi skulle åka hem tidigt på morgonen. Aldrig varit med om det tidigare. Underhållningen vid poolen var högljudd och stundtals upplevde jag underhållningspersonalen som aggressivt påträngande.
Maten var tyvärr en stor besvikelse. Smaklöst och enahanda. I stort sett samma mat lunch och middag. Frukostbuffén var bäst med mycket att välja på och mycket goda churros! Trevlig och bra personal i serveringen.
Vi har tidigare varit på Riu Palace Palmeras och det var många snäpp bättre än detta hotell. Framförallt vad gäller maten. Där hade de teman flera kvällar. Mer klass på serveringen, drinkarna, servicen.

La comida está riquísima, la ubicación está muy bien ya que puedes ir caminando a la playa y las instalaciones del hotel son muy completas, no hace falta salir para nada. El personal es maravilloso, todos tenían una sonrisa para mi pequeño en cualquier momento y a pesar de la carga de trabajo y eso es de admirar. ¡Repetiremos seguro! Besos "volados" de Diego ????

Service top, gutes Hotel, sauber und gutes Essen. Nur die Getränke sind ein Witz, dachten wir könnten richtig schön ein paar Cocktails genießen, ist ja all inclusive, aber die schmeckten einfach alle nicht gut. Andere Riu Hotels, wo man für Cocktails bezahlen muss, bekommen das aber hin (Wissen wir von anderen Urlaubern). Die Cocktails sind also bewusst schlecht gestaltet. Da wir uns sehr darauf gefreut haben und dann enttäuscht wurden gibt's einen Stern Abzug

Need to be renovated since long time.

The neighbor hotel plays loud music until 24:00.
Empty shampoo bottle will not be refilled.
Ladies at reception have poker faces.

They say it’s free parking, in reality it’s employee parking.
The hotel has a sizeable parking lot that they mark as “subject to availability”. What they fail to communicate is that availability is exceptionally low because they use the parking as employee parking.
When you raise this with the reception’s manager lady and ask for advice they basically say “tough luck mate, go find a spot on the street”. The surrounding streets are also very hard to find a parking spot.
There are two problems here:
- They don’t communicate that the parking is permanently very low availability.
- This is a €200-300/night hotel. Not a low cost chain.
It’s the hotel’s decision how they use their parking resources, but they should communicate this transparently to the guests. Because when you come for a few days vacation you certainly don’t want to spend 30-90 minutes per day to spinning around looking for parking.
Disappointing experience.

After one more try of asking for help eventually the assistant manager (Romina) was exceptionally helpful. She provided a temporary resolution and promised she would contact the head office of RIU to uodate reservation sites to reflect the reality.

Riu responded and promised they would look into why Reception was not that helpful. This is a move to the right direction. Thank you!

Pase la Semana Santa allí. Bastante ariedad de comida, el jefe de cocina estaba siempre en el comedor pendiente que toda fuera bien. No había camareros estresados como me otros todo incluido.La única pega es que no había citas disponibles para los restaurantes temáticos y se veía que estaban a mitad de aforo.

Hemos pasado 7 días perfectos en el hotel!!!todo el equipo super amable y un trato genial.soy celíaca y solo tenía que decirlo y me ofrecían un montón de cosas y cada cual más rica!!!!!me he sentido Genial.muchas gracias

Hotel con habitaciones espaciosas así como el baño aunque se echa en falta amenites pero puedes usar la app para hacer peticiones. La comida muy buena pero quizá a la hora de la comida se echa en falta algo más de calidad, desayuno bien y cena muy bien. Carlos uno de los cocineros de 10! Los espectáculos de los animadores un nivelazo en especial rosemary y William. Ana para los niños increíble. Mejorable la calidad de los cócteles pero el servicio en general es alto

Our stay at Riu Papayas Hotel was nothing short of excellent, especially considering its location right in the heart of the city, not far from a bustling main road. Surprisingly, however, the noise from the street didn't permeate the premises, offering a peaceful retreat from the urban hustle and bustle.
For those keen on beach outings, complimentary shuttles circulate several times a day, making access to the shore incredibly convenient. Inside the hotel, there's a plethora of activities and entertainment catering to both children and adults. It's worth noting that the activities seem more geared towards older kids, around 8 years old and up, though younger ones aren't left out with activities like splash pool fun or arts and crafts sessions.
Each evening, the entertainment program was top-notch, drawing in sizable crowds and indicating widespread interest. The staff went above and beyond, quickly learning our drink preferences and warmly greeting us from afar the next day. A special mention must be made of the animation team, who truly enhanced our stay. Their efforts have us seriously considering a return visit to this establishment—they fulfilled their role impeccably. Thank you, and perhaps, until we meet again!

Så bra är här nu ! Var här på samma hotell förra året, allt är bra trevlig personal rena rum, poolområde super bra rent och snyggt , personal städar efter varje måltid med maskiner runt omkring och för att förhindra fåglar runt borden ute och trevlig underhållning. Super bra

Hola solo pasaba no estuve allí pero es un Hotel muy elegante ya que tengo referencias de el porque un familiar trabajo allí presta un excelente servicio.

Staff very attentive and kind, great quality food and drink 24/7 we were celebrating a birthday while there and the staff were very helpful in ordering a cake for me and letting me personalise and choose the type of cake, they decorated the room with beautiful and put up the balloons we had, all the staff helped celebrate the 15th birthday. Whole was very clean, the main pool I felt was a little small because when everyone was in it I couldn't swim from one end to the other with out have several people blocking me, but simple waiting until a couple hours later when many families had gone was fine, the temperature of pool was gorgeous too.

Excelente estancia y acogimiento por parte de todo el personal. Gente muy agradable y atenta. Instalaciones limpias y confortables. Repetiremos sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias por todo.
