LE JADIS BEACH RESORT

Ma famille fêtait le dîner de gala du réveillon de Noël. Le buffet était excellent, il y avait beaucoup de choix. La nourriture était très bonne, merci au chef Prakash !|Le personnel était très amical et serviable. Le directeur de la restauration, M. Jamal Nasser, a très bien organisé le réveillon de Noël et j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'excellent travail de M. Jamal Nasser et de son équipe, qui nous ont permis de nous sentir les bienvenus à l'hôtel Le Jadis. J'ai hâte de revenir à l'hôtel Le Jadis Beach Resort et Wellness. Merci en particulier au directeur de la restauration et des boissons, M. Jamal Nasser.

Nous avons récemment célébré un dîner d'anniversaire au Jadis, et ce fut une expérience inoubliable ! La nourriture était exceptionnelle, avec une grande variété de plats, tous plus délicieux les uns que les autres. L'attention portée aux détails et à la qualité de chaque assiette était vraiment remarquable. Un grand merci au chef et à son équipe talentueuse pour leur travail remarquable dans la création d'un menu si savoureux et si bien sélectionné. Le service était impeccable, les serveurs étant attentifs, polis et professionnels tout au long de la soirée. Une mention spéciale à M. Nasser Jamal, qui a parfaitement organisé l'événement pour répondre à toutes nos exigences. Son dévouement et son professionnalisme ont fait en sorte que tout se déroule sans accroc, et nous n'aurions pas pu demander mieux. De l'ambiance à la nourriture et au service, chaque aspect a dépassé nos attentes. Merci, Le Jadis, d'avoir rendu cette célébration si mémorable. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu à tous ceux qui souhaitent organiser un événement spécial !

Bel hôtel calme, chambres luxueuses, nous avons surtout apprécié la piscine juste à côté de la chambre. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, il est bon d'avoir une voiture si vous voulez voir l'île. Nous étions là à Noël et nos enfants ont reçu un cadeau de la part de la direction. C'était très gentil. Nous le recommandons vivement.

We booked this for our honeymoon and as per we expected to receive quality as per price we pay.
We have received upgrade on our room, what has been absolutely fantastic and without that not sure what we would have done in this hotel. We had ground floor room with pool but we received top floor instead. It’s a massive difference.

Breakfast has been good, however, because careful with it as some of the stuff had mould. Could of caused me food poisoning. We paid for the buffet in the evening too and have been well disappointed. A disaster. Not worth a penny. All they had extra options for pasta and chicken. We have been well happy we haven’t wasted our money for full board. Outside food is half of what we paid and way better.

Sauna, steam room not included in B&B. Classes advised online and at reception are incorrect. They temporary not doing any aqua classes and yoga in a mornings not at 9am. I have went several times just to be let waiting. Throughout my visit I have managed to book myself into 3 yoga sessions. It was personalised as it was only myself doing it. Each time had to check what time it is as information have never been updated at reception.

Hotel has misleading information and needs to work on it. Same with shisha. We wanted to try and have been looking at the menu of 8 options. Staff advised few unavailable and once we been ready to place an order other staff advised only 2 options available. It’s not even the busiest time at the hotel yet.
Only on Tuesdays we heard live piano, no other nights anything have been going on.

At the beach you can get free kayaks, paddle boards, class boat trip. What was nice and at least something to do throughout time we stayed at the hotel.

So we loved our room and spend most of the time in our private pool. Beach is not great for a swim. Water activities can be only done at high tide. Spa is pretty much none exciting, no worth to go for full board, overpriced drinks. But nice and helpful staff.

Die gut in die Gegend angepasste Hotel Anlage, ist für Afrika erstklassig gebaut worden. Das Resort ist eher klein, was sich angenehm auf die Ruhe auswirkt. Das Essen war mehrheitlich gut, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Die ersten 5 Tage waren allerdings die Früchte weder richtig frisch, noch sehr schmackhaft. Dies hat sich zum positiven verändert, als der Besitzer des Hotels mit Familie ankam…
Das Service Personal arbeitet sehr motiviert und zuvorkommend. Die festen Abläufe funktionieren gut. Wie meist in Afrika, benötigen Sonderwünsche aber mehrere Anläufe und Geduld. Die Online Buchung samt Bezahlung lief erstklassig.
Was das Office jedoch nicht zu Stande brachte, war eine fünf Tage im Voraus getätigte Bestellung für Blumen zum Geburtstag, dies sei zu kurzfristig, war die schwache Antwort. Ich konnte die Blumen dann selbst online organisieren.
Gesamthaft haben wir aber acht wunderbare Tage im Le Jadis verbracht.
