Un hotel enclavado en la bahía de Balaclava, con 54 suites, 34 de ellas con piscinas estilo laguna, jacuzzis y salas de vapor.
Si las suites en primera línea de playa con piscina, jacuzzi y hammam son magníficas, nos encantan las dispuestas alrededor de la piscina principal, que parece una laguna. Solo en su tramo de playa, este hotel enroscado sobre sí mismo sólo cuenta con 54 suites, 34 de ellas con piscina, como tantos espacios íntimos donde la omnipresente madera maciza y los baños de estilo boudoir crean un ambiente cálido. El bienestar es el hilo conductor del complejo a través de un spa de alto nivel de Banyan Tree con hidroterapia. En la playa o rodeado de vegetación: 4 restaurantes y 2 bares.

We booked 3 ocean front suites with private heated pools and got on upgrade for one room to be beach front suite with jacuzzi. Hotel and the rooms are really beautiful. Staff is super friendly and immediately addressing every wish. The chef is excellent and very happy to explain to you the local cuisine and adjust the dishes to your dietary restrictions. Spa is also nice with good staff and excellent service. In general not all the staff understands English well, but when in doubt, they ask for a supervisor to assist to avoid confusion. The only negative point is that the beach in front of the hotel is rocky when you enter the water, it’s manageable but there are nicer beaches on the island. The hotel is still very recommended!

In line with our concept of bespoke relaxation, we are located in the secluded North West coast of the island, allowing our discerning guests to relax wholly amid an ambiance of beachfront serenity. Having said that, we are within a scenic 20-min car ride of the Capital, Port Louis, as well as a hop away from the major roads (Terre Rouge-Verdun) that connect the Northern region to other parts of the island.

Séjour en lune de miel je tenais à partager mon avis concernant l’hôtel ainsi que son personnel.
L’hôtel est vraiment splendide propre et discret il correspond totalement à nôtre attente.
Le best de cette hôtel est le personnel que ce soit de la réception passant par la restauration ainsi que le service de chambre sans oublier les jardiniers (auxquels nous avons planté la fleur de l’amour ????).
Tout le monde est aux petits soins répondent à chaque besoin avec le sourire et cela sans interruption ????????
Un grand merci à Renu qui est notre coup de ♥️ si avenante et aux petits soins ainsi que Ayvin le manager des restaurants d’une gentillesse incroyable ????
Et Notre petit jodi un de l’équipe de la réception si mignon et agréable.
Et évidemment Melanie l’hôtesse qui s’occupe des excursions qui est juste subliminale ????
Voilà !!! nous avons passé une lune de miel riche et intense dans l’hôtel grâce à l’ensemble de l’équipe ????

Neat rooms, excellent service, recommend all-inclusive package when visiting the resort on holiday. Fitness and spa is very nice (Hydro pool included).
