The rooms need to be renovated. The usb ports and some outlets did not work in the room. The couch had stains on it. The bathroom had mold, wallpaper peeling, and hair in the tub. The mirror was cracked. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Staff: staff was accommodating and very polite. Allow me to have a late checkout because of work. Acknowledge my Hilton honors member.
Room: was clean , a little dusty but wipe everything down regardless. Sink took a while to drain but overall ok.
Breakfast: ????, I travel for work all year, this hands down, what's the best breakfast I've experienced. Everything Hot, waffle mix was correct, eggs, GRITS!!! ( SO GOOD) sausage, oatmeal packs, fruits, yogurt, ect .. CLEAN!!;

H ad reservations. Came in and rooms not ready. I had to be dressed and touch up hair and makeup for concert at 530. Room was not ready for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I didn't have any time to get ready. We drove in busy traffic and was it was antagonizing to wait that long for room. We are 74 and 75 years old. It was not a good experience
The location is convenient. However, the overly firm beds are old and sag in the middle. I travel a great deal and always stay at Hilton properties, this is by far the worst bed I have experienced in a long time. The hotel itself is worn and in need of an update.
This Hampton Inn is nothing like ones I have stayed with in the past. It’s been a few years since I’ve stayed at a Hampton Inn, but was shocked at how “downhill” this property was. Tiny sign on the bathroom mirror tells you that “for your comfort” rooms are serviced every OTHER day. At the desk, they say rooms are only serviced every FOURTH day! What kind of a hotel services a room every four days??!!?? Comment from front desk employee “it’s a Hilton policy.” Didn’t see the sign so didn’t save the towels. Had to go to the desk and ask for towels, then wait while she tracked some down. They don’t even replace toilet tissue-had to track down housekeeping to ask for a roll. Room is dingy, bathtub has big worn spot on the bottom. Towels are very thin. Breakfast was okay. Weird, rubbery eggs. Had to keep asking for items that had run out. The front desk person doubles as the linen folding person in the evening while watching tv in lobby. On the positive side-beds were comfortable and the staff at front desk was pleasant. (Breakfast area staff seemed overworked and irritated to be there). Location is great! Close to airport , downtown and restaurants.
The hotel was in a great location. The room was clean, and everyone who worked there was very polite. The lighting in the room was kind of lacking, especially while sitting at the desk in the room.
Clean, spacious accommodations, friendly, knowledgeable staff.. thank u guys for such a comfortable stay. I just find room rates here are a little too high.. the experience is worth it for those with a budget that can afford the room rates here.
My family & I stayed two nights here & it was a really good experience overall. Everyone was polite and nice from the desk staff to the housekeepers. The rooms were comfortable and had a fresh smell. The beds were very comfortable as well. My children enjoyed the added feature of the nightlight in the bathroom & I loved the fact that the door slid open between the bathroom and closet to allow that light to come into the sleeping area. I hate the feeling of a super dark hotel room & this made the room feel super comfortable. The continental breakfast selection was superb & the eating area was super clean! There was an issue with our toilet and maintenance was sent quickly. The issue was fixed quickly as well. Extra towels were also requested & came quickly.
The downsides for me are as follows: no microwave in our room & the bathroom floor was sticky and possibly dirty (since my feet showed signs of it when I stepped into the shower). However, I appreciated the refrigerator in the room.
Overall, it was a great experience & we will be back if we’re in the area again.
The front staff was as accommodating, friendly, and courteous as possible. People need to realize that some things are just out of our hands, and karma is real! I say this because we all know by now that the Pandemic has left repercussions on all operating businesses and their usual practices, so they realized its not business savy to keep cleaning staff on 24/7. A lot of business owners have cut back spending practices while they are still recovering their losses. What we were used to before just won't be the same. I still give them 5 stars, because they handled themselves like rock stars! Keep it up yall, keep that down south inviting attitude!

Rooms were decent.
The staff are always helpful and willing to put forth the extra effort to make sure the guest is satisfied.
