The hotel itself is pretty quiet, it's pet friendly and our room was clean. The beds and pillows are rubbish, however. The mattresses were flat and hard, the beds were bouncy. Anytime we got up or turned over, it was like a trampoline. The pillows start out fluffy but instantly go flat. I honestly believe I would have gotten a better night's sleep on the floor. If they upgraded the beds and pillows this would be a 5 star rating. Yes, sleep and comfort is that important. Especially when you drive in from a 13 hour road trip, and go back out on the same.
speak to a manager then she goes to say how am I going to get you a room pull out a hat or something. I'm a gold member and I felt very disrespected I suggest the Hilton get rid of that trailer trash front desk lady and get somebody more professional.
