Muy buen hotel con bonitos muebles de madera gruesa en el estilo toscano más puro y elegantes habitaciones. Los precios son razonables para la prestación y el emplazamiento, excepto en temporada alta. La lista de servicios es bastante larga para un hotel de 3 estrellas.

We wrongly booked a quadruple room but just for 2 adults and 1 kid. They let us find the crib, but we didn't have the fourth bed.
I've asked for it, obviously paying for it, but it was too late and the staff was no longer on site.
Our fault but otherwise the staff was super kind and nice!
Very easy to reach in the very center of Florence, easy to park, good size elevator (for the stroller and luggage).
Walkable with lots of things to do and see nearby.
I absolutely recommend it.
