Pequeño y encantador B&B de lujo cerca de la catedral con 2 habitaciones muy íntimas
Este pequeño y encantador B&B de lujo, a dos pasos de la catedral, sólo tiene dos habitaciones... ¡pero qué habitaciones! L'Italiana es una suntuosa mezcla de delicadeza y romanticismo, con un diseño totalmente italiano que refleja la dolce vita; y la otra, La Spagnola, es enérgica y cálida, con colores vivos y un temperamento fuerte. Un lugar muy íntimo donde el desayuno se sirve en la habitación. Confort y servicio para satisfacer todas las necesidades. La elección es sencilla y el resultado de alta calidad. Un pequeño edén en el corazón histórico de la ciudad.

The location is perfect and the owners seemed very nice. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but there was a lot of dust. I appreciate these buildings are very old but it did need a really good deep clean.
I'd stay again but ask for a different room next time as the location is so perfect it was very convenient and affordable.

The Property was NOT neatly cleaned. it had dust at various places; every day we found dust over tops and areas of the room.
The room was not organized one of the two nights. The breakfast is not well represented in the posting on the website.
Only two pillows prepared, while there was additional pillows in a closet without covers.
No blankets; only a cover that was smaller than the bed size.
When I communicated to the owner about the dust, partial clean only to the locations mentioned. We then continued to find more dust.
An iron was delivered, but without an iron table. it was not promptly delivered.
The owner was communicative until I raised issues about more dust. When I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience; they were muted.
the floor of the shower was broken.
This place made my days in Florance very un pleasant. it did have good A/C and comfortable bed. The balcony was overrated.
We paid as requested; and we did not receive what we paid for.
This was a very disappointing stay.

Emplacement top et chambre bien équipée. Manquent un repérage et un accueil physique. Ce peut être gênant quand on ne connaît pas, malgré la gentillesse de l'accueil au téléphone.

Nice situation by the cathedral but even though quiet location. Can be OK for a holliday if you are aware of what you are getting, but definitely not for a business trip.
