Hotel que ofrece muy buena relación calidad-precio habitaciones y apartamentos en Berlín.

Está un poco alejado del centro pero con una excelente relación calidad-precio. De hecho, tendrás el confort de un 4 estrellas por el precio de un pequeño hotel "presupuesto". Las habitaciones son amplias y están muy bien equipadas con TV, cuarto de baño e incluso plancha. El hotel también ofrece apartamentos para 2 a 5 personas.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, I WILL EXPLAIN WHY: There is a friend, called Juan Larraquy, who made a comment approximately 2 days ago in this comments section. I live near the Lichtenberg area, I have heard negative criticism from the people who work there, but what they did to this friend of mine was inhumane treatment, as he commented, they kicked him out from one day to the next for the simple fact of throwing some herb from a tea in the sink of his bathroom, and they told him at the reception that he had to leave and they gave him only one hour to prepare his things... arriving at the lobby he wanted to talk to his family through and they asked him for a fine of a total of 250 euros (plus the fact that they were kicking him out),and coming 20 minutes later saying"you cannot be in the lobby all day" ,it sounds like out of a movie but it is real, thank God he has proof of what he paid, they kicked him out even though he had to leave on January 26 of this year (2024 ), he was fired one night before Christmas eve, I dont want this happen to other people , . PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, EVEN IF YOU WANT IT IS IN THE CENTER, THERE ARE MUCH PRETTIER HOTELS WITH MORAL PEOPLE.

Aussicht ist aus den oberen Zimmern sehr toll..man kann einwenig berlin überblicken...Frühstück fand ich persönlich nicht so toll..die Zimmer sind ok..

Umgebautes DDR Hochhaus - die Zimmer sind mit billigsten Materialien „renoviert“ worden, wobei auch hier auf dem Fußboden schon Spalte entstanden sind. Im Zimmer befinden sich Steckdosen und Lichtschalter über Putz - sowas kennt man höchstens aus Kellern. Im Zimmer befindet sich auch direkt ein veralteter Sicherungskasten, welcher die ganze Nacht über knackt.
Die Flure sind stickig, dunkel und unheimlich.
Die Badezimmer sind uralt, offensichtlich nicht renoviert und zudem äußerst dreckig.
Lage: mitten in einer Ostberliner Plattenbausiedlung - eine Adresse die man lieber auslässt.
