Ubicado en un edificio ^{del siglo XIX} completamente renovado, ofrece una treintena de cómodas habitaciones y suites, algunas con paredes de ladrillo o piedra, pero todas con un diseño moderno y un encanto innegable. Todas disponen de aire acondicionado, excelente insonorización y Wi-Fi gratuito. Junto al hotel se encuentra el restaurante Veravin 2.0, que ofrece una mezcla de platos de estilo bistró (filete de ternera, etc.) y platos clásicos de Quebec (poutine, etc.).

We stayed for two days as part of an end-of-summer get-away. The front-desk staff were courteous and helpful in facilitating nearby parking and breakfast options. The room was a neat mixture of modern and restored. The room size was good and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The pull-out bed was comfortable for our 9-year-old.

The carpet could have used a steam cleaning and there was inadequate space to hang up clothing, but it wasn't too big a deal. We had difficulty with the pressure in our toilet, and the staff had to scramble to fix it a couple of times. (The serviceability of bathroom appliances should not pre-occupy a guest - especially since the hotel was full and a room change was not possible.)

The black-out curtains were effective in preventing light from the gas station across the street from flooding our room with light at night. There are bars and sometimes noisy traffic in the area, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. We would consider staying here again, but we'd also consider some of the hotels on the nearby walking streets.

Would not stay there again. Our room was an odd shape with the toilet way too close to the wall.
When we approached the receptionist about it we were told we could only swap rooms if we upgraded and paid extra, definitely poor service
