1. No one there to let us into hotel at 1pm, waiting in the cold for 20 minutes calling multiple number just to be let in
2. Gave us the wrong code to get into our room, had to track down an apathetic and hard to find employee to let us in our room (making us late to our dinner reservation)
3. Later in the evening, locked out as the previous code no longer worked. Had to track down a hard to find employee yet again
4. Contacted management to relay our terrible experience, they promised a partial refund. They never delivered on agreed refund. Blew me off completely
Very time consuming and awful experience. AVOID THIS POORLY RUN AND DECEITFUL HOTEL!
I feel that they offered more than I paid.
They responded to my questions very quickly and helped me enjoy my trip to Quebec.
Very clean. Very good location. Amazing service.
Thank you, Rabie and Ellie.

I understand the idea of trying to make more money for less work, but there is a limit.
Web site states they have a "baggage service". Not true. They have a common kitchen area where you can dump bags. Not secure with an unmonitored IP camera.
If you arrive a minute before check in, your room will not open, despite being ready.
The renovation work gave me the impression the owners had done it themselves with materials from a closing down sale. It made me worried about touching the electrics.
Cleaning left a bit to be desired. However, linen was clean.
I have never felt such pain for a building before. So much potential, so little realised.
