Pour notre premier voyage au Canada ( nous somme français) ,
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à l’hôtel accadia.Accueil très agréable, vraiment attentionné avec notre petite Alice. Je recommande +++

J'ai eu la chance de séjourner à l'hôtel Ermitage, groupe Hotels de la Nouvelle France.
Chambre magnifique, avec 2 grands lits, un coins salon dans le solarium avec une télé et un foyer, un coin bureau, un espace cuisine et une salle de bains.
Rien ne manquait pour un beau séjour.

C'est d'un calme absolu, je n'ai pas eu à utiliser mes bouchons d'oreille

Seul bémol (ca restedes détails): propreté : il reste du dentifrice sur le cadre du miroir du lavabo et sur le miroir de la porte de salle de bains, joints de baignoire noirs et taches sur le rideau de douche
J'oubliais... un biscuit sous la table à côté de la causeuse.

Malgré tout, un excellent rapport qualité prix et un hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter.

Stationnements payants à proximité (hôtel de ville, place d'Youville...)

Nous avons dû pelleter pour accéder au stationnement de l'hôtel, comme solution on nous a à refere au stationnement de la ville ce qu'on aurait dû payer. Bien situé dans le vieux Québec. Chambre petite mais ok nous le savions. Par contre les chambre ont besoin d'amour meuble à réparer lampe à visser etc.
J'étais déjà venu il y a quelques années et c'était beaucoup mieux.

We stayed in a studio suite and it was very lovely. It was very well maintained for a very old building. It was a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone.

Some how we were moved to this hotel fro Acadia. It was a good or best thing happened. Without knowing this hotel was two block down from the hotel K dram goblin was filmed and so easy excess to everywhere surrounded by nice restaurants. The room gave us so spacious for four people. The reception guy was so nice and kind. Free coffee and water at front desk.

Hôtel Acadia is a very special place in Old Quebec. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a warm, inviting and romantic flare. We stayed in the same room, on the same date in October, 15 years ago when we were engaged. Room 101 is very special.
We will return again!!

2 étoiles, car l'hôtel est bien situé, il a son propre parking même si le coût est de 25$ par nuit.
Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais cela va bien quand même. Par contre les photos sur site ne correspondent pas vraiment à la réalité.
Cela doit dater au moment où l'hôtel a
dû être raffrachi car aujourd'hui c'est plutôt vieillissant. Le ménage pas top et pas de petit déjeuner sur place.
Nous avons été bien accueilli par une jeune fille très sympathique.

Let's start by saying I realise this is only a 3 star hotel and we stayed in a basic "Classic room" but it really was a bit disappointing. The bedroom itself was ok, small but functional. But we were there three nights and cleaners never came.
The worst bit was the bathroom. The shower head wasn't adjustable and sprayed everywhere. There was also no drain in the bathroom. For the first shower we didn't realise this and water flooded the whole bathroom. We used all our towels to mop this up, and assumed the cleaners would replace them. Except the cleaners never came.
The building itself was old and creaking and in a bad state.
On a positive the hotel really was in a great location so you're sacrificing quality for location

This hotel is excellent. My room has all the amenities including air conditioner, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher , coffee maker, and a private terrace. Price is reasonable and service is very friendly.

Chambre l ermite. Ça sent le renfermé, mal isolé, on entend tout dans les autres chambres, il a eu manque d électricité et aucunes lumières de secours, rideaux pas opaque, café imbuvable

Emplacement exceptionnel. On a été reçu par la jeune dame avec un "Hi" sans le moindre bonjour ce que j'ai trouvé déplorable. Au retour en soirée il y avait un dégât d'eau dans notre salle de bain provenant de l'étage au dessus. La réceptionniste semblait trouver ça normal vu que c'était une vieille bâtisse. Mais c'est un bon hôtel pour le rapport qualité-prix.

We stayed in the L'Hermitage building, which is across the street from Hotel Acadia. Our room was beautiful, with high ceilings and intricate plaster work on the ceiling. The beds were very comfortable. We were on the first floor, facing the street, which was initially worrying, however we had no problem with noise or a feeling of privacy. The location is perfect, in walking distance to key areas in Old Quebec City. The only unfortunate aspect was that the staff did not tell us about the hot tub and terrace until we were leaving.
IMPORTANT: There is no elevator and the stairs are steep and narrow.
