Great Rooftop bar with views over Lisboa. I also had a shisha there in this visit. The food in the restaurant looked great but in this occasion we just had cocktails which were great. Great place for a date.

Globalement l'hôtel est très bien.
Nous y avons séjourné quelques jours lors d'une réunion professionnelle, et les personnes ayant choisi l'hôtel nous l'on vendu comme le meilleur hôtel de la ville... ce que je pense pas car j'ai vu mieux à Lisbonne.

Les bons points :
- petit déjeuner très complet
- bien situé sur l'avenue
- personnel très professionnel et au top
- services proposés en adéquation avec le standing revendiqué
- salles de réunion très bien équipées
- repas et collation de bon alois

Les points faibles :
- le bars, au dernier étage, est si fréquenté qu'il en est désagréable et que l'accès aux chambres via l'ascenseur est rendu compliqué
- chambre un peu vieillotte, presque vetuste
- mobilier (dans les communs) usé, abîmé

Wonderful hotel! I enjoyed my stay very much and I really appreciated the communication prior to arrival. Providing information about car transfers and tours was extremely helpful. Try the cherry liqueur drink in the lobby bar - fantastic!

The only problem I had the entire stay was my room never cooled off enough - despite me lowering it to 18 Celsius AND having maintenance come by and supposedly "fix" the problem. After that didn't work, I just gave up and cracked my window at night since it was nice and cool and breezy.

I would definitely recommend the hotel and would most assuredly stay here again.

Gostaria de partilhar o meu agrado pelo Tivoli, são todos muito atenciosos, de uma simpatia extrema.
Tenho o gosto de destacar o Omar, de uma simpatia que nunca vi igual, são pessoas assim que nos fazem querer sempre voltar.
Destaco também o Gonçalo por toda a sua simpatia e apreço.
Recomendo a 100% e com certeza que irei voltar :)

The only really good things about this hotel was the location, and that rooms where confortable and clean. To our surprise staff was really rude on our departure date. This is very unusual on what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. We had ~141 euros in credit, and the person that did the checkout told us we could still use it in the spa or to buy some bottles on wine. When we went to the restaurant to get the wine the hostess at the entrance was very rude and did not let us get the wine. So we couldnt use our credit. The supervisor did not helped at all either. Honestly for a place that treat their clients like this, even when they are on their right to use their credit, the magic about the place simply goes away and your desire to recomend the place or come back fades away. Another thing I want to mention is that its not a good place to rest during the night, there where very loud noises comming from the ceiling theoughout the whole night during all nights. We stayed at rooms 810 and 812.

On est venues avec mon amie au cocktail bar au 9ème étage et quel bel accueil de la part de vos barmaids! Les cocktails étaient très bons et l'ambiance très convivial. Super endroit, bravo!

Great location/wonderful spa treatments

Will be even better after all of the remaining rooms are renovated.

Wonderful top floor Restaurant and Bar with stunning views. Excellent service.

There is much that is special about this hotel, especially the entire Concierge service and in particular Mr Afonso Silva who was just a pleasure to be assisted by.

The spa therapists are superb, and one in particular, Jodo was simply brilliant. My wife received four hours of much needed treatment from three different therapists at the spa. Apart from Jodo we also met Marcia and Evyllin.
I can't comment about the gym or the swimming pool as we didn't use them. We did, however enjoy dinner at the rooftop restaurant.
The cocktail barmen were also brilliant in the lobby bar. They have also invented their own version of the Negroni which was superb.

The Avenue facing rooms and suites are worth booking for the views. The location of this hotel is absolutely terrific for first time, visitors to Lisbon.

I liked the fact that there were large bottles of shower gel, conditioner and shampoo. One of the waiters at breakfasts was particularly good, see her photograph. They should put her in charge!

We dined in the top floor Restaurant, which was exceptional apart from the soufflés, which were a little strange. Wonderful service, lovely menu, fantastic views and great atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tivoli and the breakfast was fabulous. Only problem was the stench in the bathroom. It seemed like it was coming from the drainage in the shower. There’s a terrible rotten egg smell.

Very nice room and service. We love the restaurant and breakfast buffet. The only thing is that if you are a morning person, you will be annoyed by the noise from the rooftop club/bar which keeps you awake till 2am. Our room was located in the 6th floor, but can still hear the drum beating (the rooftop bar is at 9th floor)

Os quartos do hotel são decepcionantes , porém a excelente qualidade do atendimento compensou , em destaque podemos ressaltar a excelência e o profissionalismo do supervisor de atendimento ao cliente, Sr Rafael Gomes.
Voltaremos ao hotel justamente pelo atendimento recebido !

Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa
Zum 4 mal das Tivoli für 9 Nächte gebucht !Tolle Lage an der Avenida Liberdade mit vielen Geschäften. Schöne Lobby, nettes Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück …leider nicht mehr im schönen Restaurant, jetzt im einem fensterlosen Raum und trotzdem bei gut gebuchtem Hotel zu wenig Plätze und etwas chaotisch. Beim Ankunft werden 100 Euro pro Tag ale Deposit auf die Kreditkarte gebucht, fand ich etwas überzogen !Unser Deluxe-Zimmer geräumig aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Und leider such sehr laut. Es wird im Hotel renoviert so dass man jeden Morgen von Handwerkern mit Bohr und Hammer-Lärm geweckt wird , es ist nicht gerade dass was man sich im Urlaub wünscht!
Das Duschbad hat keine Abluft.
Fazit: Licht und Schatten.

Excellent service, from valet to room service. Many of the staff speak english, but always ask first. Highly recommend for any visit to Lisbon.

Lovely hotel that’s breath taking. Breakfast is the same daily which got a bit boring but I can manage that. Service was great and the bellman was awesome. Okay location as well. Could see myself coming back. I loved the room which we received as an Amex upgrade. Luxurious stay. Had a 1 hr massage which was one of the best massages ever. Elsa was great

Great hotel—perfect location and very good gym with a smith machine, kettlebells up to 70 lbs, dumbbells up to 75 lbs, a pull-up bar, cable machine, concept2 tower, and weight stack machines. The restaurants are also very good. The rooms are ok; service could be better.

Ótima experiência em todos os sentidos. Tratou-se de uma surpresa para comemorar uma data especial. Começámos pelos coktails no lobby ("escrita íntima" - intenso, mas subtil). No quarto, deparei-me com uma mensagem especial e muito carinhosa, com molduras e fotos a acompanhar, não faltando o espumante e os morangos com chocolate (obrigada Rafael e Inês). O jantar na cervejaria Liberdade estava delicioso (filetes de peixe galo, tártaro de novilho, mousse de chocolate), com todo o staff a ser muito atento e simpático. O pequeno almoço tem muita qualidade e é bastante variado (destaque para os waffles feitos no momento). A Sofia recebeu-nos no spa com muita simpatia e o terapeuta João é um profissional excelente, o remate perfeito desta experiência. Aconselho vivamente!
