The shower was broken. The hairdryer not working properly. The comforter on the bed was so heavy that it was impossible to sleep and there was no alternative. For a room rack rate of €1000 per night this was inexcusable and very disappointing.

In den 80er und 90er Jahren waren wir zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten dort, auf verschiedenen Etagen die Aussicht bei Tag und Nacht vom Balkon aus unvergesslich, die Zimmer groß und gemütlich, ebenso das Bad. Die Neugestaltung des Spa lässt keine Wünsche offen, ebenso die Laufstrecke auf dem Dach. Der Service und das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Wenn es mein Terminkalender zu läßt werden wir wieder ein paar Tage buchen.

Didn't stay here, went in to have dinner at Cura. Had the opportunity to meander through reception and found it beautiful. A true testament to the art of the Portuguese 50s!

Abbiamo soggiornato cinque notti al Four Seasons. Il personale è davvero cordiale e disponibile. L'atmosfera è piacevolmente rilassante oltre che elegante. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale del bar, dove siamo stati più volte: sia per un drink, sia per provare l'eccezionale sushi. Sergio e gli altri ragazzi sono stati sempre ospitali e attenti ad ogni nostra esigenza. Molto simpatici e piacevoli per scambiarci due chiacchiere. Un soggiorno perfetto circondato dalle persone giuste.

So disappointing. It's quite dated and stuffy. We couldn't even get drinks in the bar without waving down multiple people and everything took an inordinately long time (pack your patience). There are plenty of top rate 5 star hotels nearby that are FAR nicer and in better neighborhoods. This was our first time in Lisbon...lesson learned.

The three of us-two parents and our 20 year old-stayed for five nights in March 2023. We chose to travel to Lisbon primarily because this property came highly recommended by our older child and her aunt who stayed in October of 2022. The hotel certainly didn’t disappoint.
The public areas, restaurants and the rooms were nicely appointed. The furniture was not the newest, but was of quality and very clean. The service was attentive, but not aggressive nor overwhelming. As if in anticipation, the hotel provided us with all the comforts without having to ask. And on occasion when we needed something minor, they swiftly accommodated.
To us luxury travel means being able to relax and be pampered in a private and peaceful setting without extra unnecessary attention. The level was perfect at the Four Seasons Ritz.
We liked our experience so much that we are planning to stop over for a couple days in March 2024 on our trip to Europe.
We highly recommend this property.

Restaurant super top,accueil tres chaleureux,personnel super professionnel et courtois ,rapidité du service,tres bonne cuisine super bien presentée.

Une profusion de choix. Des produits de choix (foie gras, saumon, huîtres). Des desserts tous aussi appétissants les uns que les autres (mention spéciale pour la crème brûlée). Des goûts irrésistibles (leur purée à la truffe et leurs crevettes gambas en sauce sont à tomber). Certes, il faut s’acquitter de 80€, mais ça les vaut largement. Un incontournable de Lisbonne.

Excellent service, plats originaux et belle présentation des assiettes, proposition de vins assortis aux plats intéressante avec des explications complètes de la part de la sommelière.

Cheio de história e seguramente de histórias.
Teve a aprovação do Sr Dr Salazar para ser construído foi o primeiro grande hotel de Lisboa , luxo e glamor a níveis bem altos na capital. Hoje em dia é ponto de encontro para se tratar dos destinos de país , pernoitar com vistas de magníficas ou simplesmente saborear uma refeição que não vai esquecer . Experimente se pode, leve dinheiro e vai ver como sabe bem a boa vida.
