We stayed here for 5 nights, the room was clean and I would describe it as a standard room. We did the breakfast buffet, which was fine. It would have been nicer if there was some more variation to what was being offered. What was most frustrating is that my partner emailed them explaining we had just gotten engaged to see if they would do something special and they didn't even bother to respond. We would not recommend if you want to be close/in walking distance to many of the sights, but it is very close to the subway which was nice.

Von außen ein sehr nettes Hotel, doch ist sein vier Sterne definitiv nicht wert. Das Zimmer war klein und da wir zu dritt waren, hatten wir ein Zustellbett welches nicht gut war. Die Matratze war sehr dünn und als wir am nächsten Tag nach einem Topper fragten, brachten Sie uns lediglich eine Decke welche sie drauflegten. Die Decke von dem Zustellbett war auch nur eine Überzogene dünne Steppdecke. Ich denke wenn man zu zweit ist und nur das große Bett hat (welches sehr gemütlich ist) ist es vom Zimmer her sehr gut.
Das Frühstück wird auf den Bildern wie ein sehr großes und üppiges Buffet dargestellt, so ist es aber leider nicht. Die Auswahl ist sehr gering und die Kellner nehmen einen den Teller weg, sobald man das Besteck beiseite legt.
Der fast einzige Pluspunkt an dem Hotel ist die Lage. Es liegt sehr nahe an der nächsten U-Bahn Station wovon man alles schnell erreichen kann. Es ist auch ohne Umsteigen vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen.
Zusammengefasst würde ich sagen für ein bis zwei Nächte kann man es auf jeden Fall buchen, länger würde ich definitiv nicht bleiben.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, belle stanze personale gentile e accogliente in più abbiamo potuto fare il check- in anticipato visto che la nostra stanza era già pronta.
La posizione è buona e consigliamo di spostarvi col Bolt

Super séjour en amoureux. Idéalement situé et à proximité immédiate du métro.
Personnel adorable, souriant, efficace et très gentil. Buffet du petit-déjeuner et du dîner de qualité et variés. Super hôtel, chambre excellente, recommande vivement cet hôtel. Nous y reviendrons avec un plaisir immense.

Tolles Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage.
Per Metro, Haltestelle ist wortwörtlich direkt vor der Tür, ist man im Handumdrehen überall wo man hin möchte.

Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber.

Schönes Hotel zentral gelegen, Entfernung zum Flughafen und Zentrum ist nicht weit. Das Zimmer ist geräumig mit einem großen Kleiderschrank. Auch das Bad ist schon groß. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, uns fehlte nichts.
Leider haben die Zimmer keine Schallschutzfenster, was bei der Lage an der großen sehr viel befahrenen Straße erforderlich wäre. So war es nachts sehr laut und es störte den Schlaf.

Great hotel. We stayed in a superior room, which was really well presented. The room was large, clean & quiet. The bed was huge! Tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, toiletries, robes & safe all available. We stayed bed & breakfast - such a large & varied choice of food available at breakfast. The service is friendly, quick & efficient. The facilities in the hotel are great from the roof top pool & bar, to the gym, spa treatments & indoor pool. All the staff were friendly, professional & so helpful.
The hotel is situated away from the main tourist attractions but it is really easy to reach all you would want to see as the Metro, Train station & bus services are just a short walk away.
I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay ❤️

Top City Business Hotel mit guter U-Bahn Anbindung. Nächste Station 100m entfernt. Zimmer neu und hochwertig. Leider Fenster etwas undicht, dadurch von der Hauptstraße laut aber zu ertragen. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Dafür Daumen hoch. Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich und bemüht. Herzlichen Dank für die nette Überraschung an meinem Geburtstag ans Hotel. Bei gutem Wetter schöne Roof Top Bar mit Swimmingpool. Kommen gerne wieder.

Great hotel very modern and kept clean. Hotel is right outside a metro which is perfect for getting around quickly. There was a slight sink leak in the room but they fixed it on the day we told them which was fab. The unique feature of listening to tv channel in showers was brilliant for morning evening updates ????????

On arrival the young lady serving was very slow and not focused on checking us in quickly and spent quite few minutes faffing around and speaking with her colleagues and it was extremely poor on her part, which let the service down.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich. Sehr viel Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität. Die Metrostation direkt vor der Tür. Mit der Metro kann man direkt vom Flughafen durchfahren. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Eigentlich ein Superhotel mit orfentluchen Räumen, freundlichem Personal, gutem Frühstück und gute Bar, verkehrsgünstiger Lage (100m zur Metro, 200m zum Bus, 1 km zum Zug nach Sintra.
Nur der Zimmersetvice lässt zu wünschen übrig, leider.

Nettes Hotel in verkehrsgünstiger Lage, zur Metro Station sind es ca. 60 Meter. Sehr freundlicher Empfang der auch gern Fragen beantwortet. Die Zimmer sind groß, hell und freundlich, das Bad ist modern und sehr sauber. Die Dusche ist schön groß. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 7. Etage man konnte bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, eine Klimaanlage gibt es aber auch. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch reichhaltig. An der Bar kann man abends nett Cocktails etc. trinken. Das Hotel ist gut besucht. Es gibt eine Roof top Bar mit Pool und Liegen, zusätzlich im Untergeschoß einen Wellnessbereich mit Hallenbad und einem Fitnessraum.

The rooms at Jupiter Lisbon Hotel are excellent, offering a comfortable stay. However, the TV in the room is very small and not a smart TV, which may be a drawback for some guests. The waitress at the rooftop bar does not seem very happy with her job and could improve on customer service. On the positive side, the breakfast at the hotel is fabulous, and the restaurant staff are friendly and helpful.

The spa staff are welcoming and friendly, but it is suggested that the spa should be adults-only to maintain a relaxed atmosphere.
