Bonito hotel con restaurante, en el edificio de la estación de Santa Apolonia, que ofrece habitaciones amplias y bien insonorizadas.

Desde que el hotel se trasladó al edificio de la estación de tren de Santa Apolonia, el color del hotel ha cambiado a un rojo flamígero. Se trata de un hermoso hotel de 5 estrellas cuya decoración recuerda constantemente que está cerca de una estación de tren. Las habitaciones son amplias pero acogedoras y están bien insonorizadas. En la planta baja hay un restaurante cuyo chef no es otro que André Silva, que ya ha trabajado en un establecimiento con una estrella Michelin.

The rooms appeared significantly smaller in person compared to the spacious depiction in the photos. While the cleaning service was satisfactory, overall service from the staff could be improved. The hotel’s location within the train station was unexpected. The photos seem to depict a larger hotel, but they actually showcase the entire Apolonia Train Station. However, the location itself is adequate

I have to give a 2 star review as despite the location being great insofar as it's handy for the train station.... it is also it's greatest downfall. The very noisy trains stop after midnight and resume at 5am, good luck with packing some sleep into those hours. Lovely hotel, but actually getting some sleep has to be a priority!

The location is amazing, central and directly at the central railway station. Service was not at the level of the advertised luxury hotel. Not attentive, not patience and not forthcoming, both at the reception as well at the breakfast restaurant
