The cleanest hotel I have ever visited. We stayed 4 nights and every day the room was cleaned and we had clean towels every day. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. I highly recommend it. The location was also very good and you could walk everywhere. Thank you all and especially to Mr. Miguel who every morning offered us a coffee to start the day in a pleasant way.

Miguel is an amazing person who helps with everything, he became our travel guide too as he was giving the best advices for Lisbon and Sintra.
The hotel is very clean, all the staff is very helpful and kind. They are just great guys! Will not even mention about how the location is perfect. They are 10/10!!

De locatie is echt top zo middenin de oude stad. Het bruist daar. Het personeel is het vriendelijkste en gastvrije personeel dat ik ooit heb ontmoet. Heel lieve mensen die 24 uur per dag klaar staan voor je. De kamers zijn ietwat klein, maar wel.schoon.

A wonderful place to stay right in the heart of Lisbon! I read so many good reviews about the customer service and it is true, the service was exceptional! Miguel was an absolute gem and helped carry my luggage to level 3. Everyone was always happy to help and made us feel welcomed. The rooms were very clean and fit for purpose also. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Lisbon!

La limpieza del hotel perfecta. En cuanto a ubicación está en pleno casco histórico y muy cerca de todo lo turístico. Si vuelvo a Lisboa repetiría seguro en este hotel.

住宿的體驗除了硬體設施之外，最重要還有人！
一開始入住這家飯店時，感覺是複雜的，提著個大型李，從地鐵站出來，被地圖指引最近的一條路是無止境的樓梯與上坡，沿路盡是石板路！
於是我又爬又提又拖了十多分鐘的行李箱，滿是疲憊的身軀，終於來到飯店，看到小小的入口與大廳，心有點涼，接著被工作人員發自內心的微笑與問候暖和了，辦完入住手續，他竟然直接幫我把大型李直接提到4樓的房間????！
房間是頂樓的小房間，房間內有個小閣樓，很簡單卻很溫馨！
之後的幾天，遇到不同的櫃檯人員，一樣的都有這真誠溫暖的笑容，主動的跟我打招呼與問候，然後呢？
越住著，越喜歡、越溫馨！
心想著，下次來，一定會再回來！
一定要再回來！

Best Hotel I've ever stayed in.the service is unbelievable. so helpful and friendly. rooms immaculate and cleaned daily.thank you Miguel and Co for a wonderful stay.they even got me a bottle of champagne for my birthday❤️ no elevator so if you don't like stairs ask for a room on lower level.if I'm ever back in lisbon I'll be staying here.

I love this place, it is indeed a gem. The staff is exceptional, I was sad to leave. The room is very charming and very clean, it’s in a great location and close to lots of restaurants and bars, but still very quiet and dark. I would highly recommend this place!!!

My partner and I stayed here in July for 4 nights - absolute gem of a place. Fantastic location (down a nice quiet street but still bang in the centre), clean room, great air-con and EXCEPTIONAL service from all of the staff. Room cleaned spotless every day whenever we were out and bottle of champagne left for my partner on his birthday. Would not hesitate to come back in a heartbeat.

Great stay. Rooms are very clean. Miguel and Gisele do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. Hotel is a great central location. You can walk to most of the popular Lisbon sites. I would definitely recommend staying here.

La relación calidad-precio es increíble. La habitación tiene de todo: toallas que se cambian cada día, gel y champú, secador, microondas, un pequeño fregadero y neverita, menaje suficiente para dos personas (un par de platos grandes y pequeños, un par de boles, dos tazas, dos vasos, y dos cubiertos de cada), bayeta, estropajo, jabón para fregar, teléfono, televisión, aire acondicionado, tetera... No nos faltó de nada para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. La habitación no es muy amplia en todos los sitios, pero es más que suficiente para una estancia de turismo en Lisboa. Siempre estaba limpia. El hotel está en el propio centro y no se tarda nada de llegar a la mayoría de lugares de interés. No dudaremos en recomendarlo a cualquiera que quiera venir, y si volviéramos a Lisboa, nos quedaríamos sin dudarlo.

Miguel y sus compañeras son los anfitriones más amables del mundo. Serviciales y dispuestos, ponen a disposición del huésped toda clase de información que pueda necesitar: excursiones a lugares cercanos (Sintra o Cascais) y cómo organizarlas (nos dijeron qué tren coger para ir a Sintra y cómo llegar hasta el Palacio da Pena sin problemas y todo lo que nos dijeron nos sirvió muchísimo), actividades para realizar en Lisboa, mercadillos de la ciudad, incluso cómo continuar tu ruta si Lisboa no es tu destino final (te dicen en qué pueblos parar y qué ver). Incluso puedes comprar la tarjeta de transporte público en Lisboa de 24 h en el mismo hotel y ahorrarte el tiempo de ir a la estación.

Idéalement situé pour visiter la ville. Par contre quartier bruyant le soir si vous dormez fenêtre ouverte (quartier festif). Un grand merci au personnel de très bon conseil pour le tourisme.Une délicate attention la veille de notre départ.

El mejor sitio donde te puedes hospedar en Lisboa, un trato cálido y personificado.

Impresionante hotelito. Pequeño pero muy bonito. Te sientes como en casa. Elena es una persona maravillosa con un trato exquisito. Gisela una chica dulce y cariñosa. El chico muy empático y próximo. Cama muy confortable (vital para nosotros) y un baño con una ducha magnífica. Muy próximo a todo lo interesante. Restaurantes, bares, club, etc .. al lado. Volveremos aquí siempre que volvamos a Lisboa. Elena te volveremos a ver. Gracias por todo chic@s. Sois maravillosos y ofrecéis un alojamiento único.

El hotel está bien ubicado, en el barrio alto de Lisboa cerca a bares y al metro. Buena limpieza.
En cuanto al servicio, tuvimos una pésima experiencia con uno de los recepcionistas, cada noche era peor llegar al hotel, reglas innecesarias y no explicadas desde el inicio, malos tratos para pedir la llave del cuarto, no dejaba que alguien usara el baño de recepción, etc. el señor fue muy grosero en varias ocasiones.
