Albergue juvenil situado en el hipercentro de Lisboa, que ofrece dormitorios y habitaciones privadas.

Los albergues juveniles son cada vez más escasos en el hipercentro lisboeta, pero aún quedan algunos reductos, como Rodamon. Recientemente inaugurado, este albergue cuenta con dormitorios de 4, 6 y 8 camas, así como con habitaciones privadas (dobles, gemelas o familiares). También puede reservar un dormitorio completo si lo desea. En la planta baja hay un bar donde puedes conocer a otros viajeros y tomar una copa. La decoración está bastante conseguida con un papel pintado que recuerda a los azulejos de Lisboa.

Best out of best!!
Everything was so perfect, the cleanness, staffs, and I also love the public area which is recommended for those who need to attend the meeting online or do the work. It could be a little bit loud during the peak time, but you do can find the time which is really quite. Also the staffs were extremely welcoming, so nice to recommend the trip and are willing to spend some times to talk which makes me feel like home. The room was also super clean including the bathroom, also as a girl, the wind of the hairdryer was definitely strong enough for a long-hair girls(highlight)!! As for location, it’s definitely perfect which is right at the center to every spot. Most importantly, the rossio station is just near by which allows travel or to access to everywhere they want, like Sintra, cascais…
Again, 100% recommend!!

냉장고 전자레인지 같은 기본 시설 없음. 당연히 공용주방 세탁시설 없음. 사전에 이 사실을 웹사이트에서 확인했기 때문에 알고있었만 생각보다 더 불편했고, 호스텔에서는 큰 단점이라는 것을 다른 게스트들의 정보를 위해 강조함.
방음안됨.
일관적인 규칙이 없고 직원 마음대로인 호스텔의 규칙.
누군가에게는 와인따개를 빌려주고, 누군가에게는 자기네 바에서 술을 팔기 때문에 슈퍼마켓에서 사온 맥주나 와인을 공용공간에서 마셔서는 안된다고 매우 불쾌하게 화를 내는 태도로 이야기하는 직원이 있음.
체크인 당시 개인 음식을 사와서 먹어도 되며 식기를 빌려준다는 안내를 들었지만, 주류는 거기에 포함이 안된다는 안내가 없었으며 예약 홈페이지에서도 발견하지 못함. (이 호스텔은 아침식사를 판매하고 있는데 자기네가 판매하는 것을 공용공간에서 먹으면 안된다면서, 왜 음식은 되는 것인지? 물 탄산음료 또한 자동판매기나 바에서 판매하고 있을텐데 왜 음료 중 주류는 안되고 다른 음료는 되는 것인지? 아니면 일체의 음료가 인되는 것인에 대한 기준도 없음)
인근 도시와 국가를 여행하며 어느 호스텔에서도 경험하지 못한 이상한 규칙이며, 그마저도 게스트마다 스텝마다 일관성 없이 제멋대로 적용하는 이상한 숙소임. 적어도 나에게는 포르투갈과 리스본에 대한 기억을 망쳐버린 최악의 숙소 1위.

Very lovely city, lots of places to eat out and visit nearby, however the majority of my class came down with a stomach bug and the staff did very little to help us. We were given some supplies such as disinfectant and gloves, but otherwise they only cleaned the room themselves once, and the day we set off new people were in our disease-riddled room. Seems like a health risk, especially for those who are older or who have compromised immune systems. Corridor also smelled sickly as we arrived, corridor carpet was stained.

Very good hostel. The rooms were very clean, good bathroom and nice beds. The staff was very friendly, especially Rivis and Eduardo. They gave very good recommendations and took the time to help you or talk to you. Very nice place! Definitely recommend.

I booked a two day stay with breakfast included, but when I checked-in I realized that breakfast time didn't start until 8am. But I couldn't have breakfast on the last day when I had to go catch a 9am flight. I asked the front desk if i could get a refund and the girl said no. I said if shcould ask the kitchen to prepare a sandwich and leave it there so I could take it with me. She said no, she said you could ask the front desk tomorrow night if that was possible. The next morning when I had breakfast I asked the front desk if I could take three or four buns because I wouldn't be able to eat breakfast tomorrow. She said no, if you take a lot of anything indiscriminately that would be bad. I said you can decide what I take, just three or four buns and she said no. She said I could talk to her boss tomorrow about it. She then got up and left.
My question is:Why did the receptionist on the first day tell me to ask the receptionist again the next night if I could prepare a sandwich? Why did the receptionist on the second day tell me to ask the manager again the next day? So what is your role? Why don't you guys communicate internally and just confirm if it's okay or not, instead of having the customer repeat the same question to three people in a row? These two female receptionists were just passing the responsibility, one to the other and one to the manager.
Also I waited almost 10 minutes when I checked-in itself. When it was my turn, the receptionist got up and left, saying to wait a minute for her and come right away. It ended up being five minutes before she came back, and the point is she didn't say anything to apologize or anything. And when I had breakfast the next day, the receptionist said I didn't have a breakfast reservation, and I said I had already paid for it. She then went to the front desk computer to confirm and then said her co-worker forgot to stamp my breakfast and didn't say she apologized. First time I've seen the receptionist so good at pushing responsibility.
