Reasonable price considering other hostels. Check-in and checkout digitally made it very easy to skip the queue in the morning. The beds however were from sqeaky steel, wich was annoying.

my stay was for a night and it was 20€ in a 6 person room, and i got everything i wanted (security, a comfortable place to sleep, proximity to museums) for that price :). I even had my morning coffee and breakfast at the cafe inside the hostel. remember it is a budget hostel, don’t expect a 5 star hotel performance

The pre-charge of the first night's stay without clear notice of age policies, along with the poor reception I encountered, greatly impacted my perception of your establishment. This hotel is absolutely disastrous, we came for a school trip and they treated in an unacceptable manner. The staff just came and blocked our room, they wouldn’t open it for 1 hour and threatened us to fine us 50 euros per person for moving a mattress. They were not welcoming at all and they charged double the normal price for our stay.

Pleasant stay in a 6 bed dorm. Great location. Unbeatable breakfast. Very much enjoyed the fruit salad with yogurt and oatmeal. They had cold cuts and cheese too. The best breakfast I've had in a hostel. Friendly/funny breakfast guy transferred his good energy so I could start my day right. Overall 5/5

SCAM!! Double charged me for my stay and did exact same thing to my friend who booked a week later.

Talked to reservations manager Eanna who was rude and didn’t seem to care.

I will be taking legal action since they think they can get away with this.

Rooms feel like you’re in a jail and they will come to clean every morning and kick you out. Not relaxing at all.

AVOID THIS HOSTEL UNLESS YOU WANNA SCAMMED

La peor experiencia de nuestra vida.

-habitación pequeñísima.
-sin televisión.
-sin sabanas.
-sin almohadas, son cojines para dormir (imagina la incomodidad)
-sin secador.
-no cambian ni la papelera.

Menos mal que cogimos la privada no quiero imaginar cómo sería la otra ????????‍♂️

No hemos podido pegar ojo ninguna de las dos noches.

Las dos noches se dedicaron varios grupos de jóvenes en poner música (pero no con un altavoz pequeñito, era de esos grandes con ruedas ????‍????)
chillar, reírse y estar de fiesta por las habitaciones durante toda la noche..

Tras varias quejas a los chavales por parte de la mayoría de los huéspedes del hotel se marchaban pero luego volvían con más ganas..
Se lo comunicas a la chica de recepción y te dice yes yes ok!

Pero nada.

La verdad que muy engañosa la puntuación que tiene.

Si lo que quieres es ir a una residencia de universitarias a reírte y pasarlo genial, es el sitio.
Pero si lo que quieres es un sitio donde dormir después de visitar Amsterdam.
No es lo que buscas ….

Muy muy mal la experiencia NO LO RECOMIENDO para nada…

I would give 5 stars, if it wasnt for the situation that happened to me. When we checked-in, the girl said we got 4 beds on one room, she never said which beds, and on the paper it was BLANK where said “bed”. We chose it, used it for the day and got out, when we came back..bingo, there was someone on the bed with my stuff. It wasnt the girls fault, and she was on her right to not move from the bed because they booked the bed for her. When I went to talk about it with the girl on the reception (different one from the checkin), she was rude-ish and talked to me like if I was dumb and it was my fault…. Of course that created a bad situation inside the room where no one talked to each other basically. So what i leave here is to always say what bed the guest will stay, because its not cool to be in that situation.

I stayed there for a night.
They stored my backpack before check-in and after check-out. Enough charging sockets including usb.
They provide towel.
Location is perfect.

I will tell you about my personal experience; I thought I have lost my phone,passport and wallet when I woke up. But receptionist helped me to use hostel pc for " find my iphone " and I found them.

Overall 5/5. I found nothing to complain. It is a budget hostel. Please consider it before comment.

Btw this is coming from a guy at the age of 34 and It was my first hotel experience.

To be objective the hostel I super well organized, rooms were clean and spacious, is great located and the staff were nice and friendly they even have a WhatsApp group to organize activities with the other guest if the hostel, was so far one of the best hostel were I have stayed

Odaları güzel banyo duş ve tuvalet için biraz küçüktü ama fiyatı için yeterliydi. Hizmet olarak a&o ve benzer fiyattaki diğer firmalardaki gibi kullanabileceğimiz bir mutfak gibi bir imkan sağlansa güzel olabilirdi. Konum olarak yeri tramvay ile 4 5 dakikalık mesafede ancak centerdan gelmek isterseniz yürüyerek biraz uzak yine tramvay aktarması ile süreyi kısaltıp rahat gelebilirsiniz.

Totalmente fiel a las fotos de habitaciones que ofrecen en su publicidad. Hay desde habitaciones dobles a compartidas. Las dobles tienen lo Justo para estar cómodo sin lujos.
Bastante ruido por los pasillos. El desayuno que ofrecen es muy completo y con un horario amplio. Bien situado en la ciudad. Personal amable.

Was an individual in a room with a group of 5 friends who did not sleep (or let me sleep) till 5am. Why was I, an individual traveller, placed in a room with a full group? Why not charge them for the entire room for themselves and let me stay somewhere where im not the minority and would actually have a say in things in the room? Also, there were no bed sheets and a stain on the mattress. Aside from that, staff was (mostly) friendly, though the blonde girl at the morning shift was borderline rude and unwelcoming when checking out.. fix your stuff hans brinker or else I can’t recommend

Bonne option pour petits budgets

Une bonne auberge, bien située, bon bar, bon restau, petit dejeuner inclus... Et surtout des prix défiant toute concurrence. Pour les petits budgets comme moi, c'est parfait.

Très bonne auberge

Proche des canaux, des musées, du centre ville, la situation est très bonne. L'auberge est très grande, avec un restaurant, un bar, un club... des dortoirs, des chambres privées... standard des grandes chaines internationales.

Meilleure auberge d'Amsterdam

Auberge parfaite ! juste a coté du centre, bonne ambiance, le bar est top et tout est très cool. Staff sympa, bière pas chère... bref royal !!

Une "auberge de jeunesse" ou l'accueil est assez chaleureux, on m' demande de payer en espèce mais on ne me remet pas de reçu, j'aurais toutefois une facture en fin de séjour. Dans une petite chambre de 5 lits, j'hérite du lit non superposable; ce qui me va très bien. Il faut extrêmement chaud dans la chambre, on ne peut qu'entre-ouvrir la fenêtre et il n'y a aucun moyen pour faire un courant d'air. La chambre et équipée d'une petite salle d'eau, pratique et fonctionnelle. Au rez de chaussé se trouve un bar avec un jardin (sur lequel la chambre donne d'ailleurs). Les consos sont abordables mais pas particulièrement bon marché (compter 2€30 pour un bière de 25 cl).
