Won’t say much as I visited here last year but it is very nice and there are many things to do there if you get bored.

Het resort is netjes en verzorgd, eten mag beter gezien de sterren.
Mijn grootste complimenten gaan naar het animatie team. Zij zijn heel professioneel en enthousiast en Agostino is daar één van de beste in.

Room was ok, clean, shower was terrible, I think it needs a bit of a refurb. Food was lovely, but disappointed with food choices in My Favourite Club restaurant, better choice in the main buffet. Service from whole staff was excellent although we reported the shower to reception, no one came to sort it. Location was brilliant, About 15 mins walk to Corralejo. All that being said, we had a brilliant 11 night stay as Nd would come back

Stayed for a week in April after already stayed there for a week at Christmas

Lovely food nice beer
My favourite club ideal for relaxation
Lovely pool, jacuzzi, dining area and bar which very rarely has any ques with Lovely friendly staff
Superb place overall

Eine schöne gut gelegene Hotelanlage in der Stadt Corralejo. Der Service ist freundlich und umfassend. Leider ist das WLAN nahezu nicht nutzbar, im Zimmer kam es zu diversen Defekten (Safe, TV), die aber bis auf das nicht nutzbare WLAN zügig behoben wurden.
Das all inclusive Angebot ist etwas intransparent. Man muss vieles erfragen, da nur selten Getränkekarten ausliegen.

Magnífico hotel con habitaciones grandes, confortables y en nuestro caso muy limpia. Magnífico equipo de profesionales y destacar su equipo de animación que estuvo siempre atento a que pudiéramos disfrutar de todas sus actividades, destaco sobre todo al animador Luis que se volcó en que mis hijos pudieran disfrutar de todas sus actividades y siempre atento.

Struttura classica per il trattamento all inclusive, con i pro e i contro.
Le camere ampie ma insufficienti come dotazione per un quattro stelle.
Pulizia dell'esterno curata,belle anche se non grandissime le piscine.
La ristorazione....da All Inclusive....come i bar.

on arrival 1st impressions were wow !.this continued to the accommodation, large , spacious apartment, (couple of areas could do with a touch up ).All staff friendly and approachable, nothing too much . Food we thought was fantastic, a point made to the management. Drinks option was OK. Entertainment was available all day and night if you wished it .
Location was good for us , a short walk along the beach into Corrallego Town and a different route to the Campanario shopping centre if you didn't want to go to Town .
All in all I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Geen 4 sterren waard. Betreft een 3 sterren hotel met flink wat verbeterpunten! Daarnaast neemt de directie hun klanten kennelijk niet serieus. Dit gezien hun rare reactie op mijn kritische review..

Family-friendly hotel. Excellent rooms, really spacious. Has a laid-back appeal, very welcoming. Great facilities, helpful, friendly staff. A superb location if you are a surfer. A little further to the town centre, but on a positive note, great for increasing your step count for the day, the perfect walk!

subere Anlage und schöne Zimmer mit leichten Mängeln (kein Bidet, Wasser der Dusche läuft schlecht ab, Essen etwas eintönig)

Ein außergewöhnliches Ressort mit einem hohen Standard. Die Suiten sind gut ausgestattet, mit einem separaten Ankleidezimmer, das Bad mit einer modernen Dusche, das Essen ist in dem Haupt Restaurant so vielfältig, wie wir es selten erlebt haben. Meeresfrüchte soweit das Auge reicht. Auch Salate, Desserts und alle anderen Speisen stehen jeden Tag auf dem sehr ansprechenden Buffet.
Pools und die gesamte Anlage ist überdurchschnittlich gepflegt.
Die Anlage hat einen sehr großen separaten Bereich ohne Kinder, der für Ruhe suchende ideal ist.
Es gibt einen kleinen Shop auf der Anlage , der landestypische Utensilien führt.
Wer eine OASE sucht ist hier richtig. Die Insel ist dagegen sehr karg und es ist steht’s sehr sehr windig. Wer Wärme braucht sollte sehr auf die Jahreszeit achten. Die Pools sind nicht beheizt.

Super semaine avec l’équipe lookea

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette hôtel. J’ai trouvé la nourriture bien assaisonnée et les plats avaient vraiment du goût.
L’hôtel est vraiment très beau par contre les piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées et l’eau était vraiment froide en novembre. Il fallait se motiver pour aller à l’aquagym.
Dans le tout inclus je regrette qu’une grande partie des boissons étaient avec supplément.
Sinon équipe d'animation francophone au top.
