Très bon séjour. Hôtel très verdoyant. côté rue bruyant le soir par les soirées musicales des hôtels en face mais 1 fois fenêtre fermée on dort... Piscine chauffee très agréable. Restaurant buffet excellent. Beaucoup de choix. Personnel très agréable, sympathique +++ Félicitations +++ pour Restaurant et tout son personnel cuisine et salle. Le Seul petit bémol de cet établissement ds les # le sol de l appartement = pas bien lavé. Apparence propre mais quand vous marchez pieds nuds = pieds noirs surtout dans salle de bain. Dommage ???? de sortir de la douche et de laisser des traces de pieds noires sur le sol. Sinon votre lit est fait tous les jours et serviettes changées quand vous voulez. Réception très sympathique et de bons conseils. Nous avons passé 1 très bon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et félicitations au personnel qui même si ils ne maîtrisent pas votre langue essayent de vous comprendre et de vous aider. BRAVO vous méritez 4 étoiles.

Les appartements sont confortables, propres, on n'y manque de rien. Proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Belles balades le long de la plage. A éviter appartements côté rue, bruyant, animations des hôtels voisins. Résidence très très calme, bar de la piscine fermé 18hoo, pas possible de prendre consommation en soirée. Dommage vu cet endroit tres joli. Endroit chouette mais certaines choses à améliorer.

Food poisoning, spoiled food served, cockroaches, dirty floors and unfriendly service.

We got a picnic box from the hotel's restaurant, which had e.g. bread. We got food poisoning from the bread with a lot of salad in between. The restaurant also had poor hygiene. The Food receptacles wobbled among the food and cockroaches were running around the food and on the walls of the restaurant. The food was also completely tasteless. On the first night, they charged more for drinks than what was on the list. After that, you had to use the calculator to calculate that the bill matches the ordered drinks.

The hotel, of course, denied the possibility of food poisoning and did not take responsibility. We got rude answers. It wasn't a virus for us, because our children didn't get any symptoms. Also my symptoms started after I had ate hotel food. Our chldren didn't eat hotel food. The children were in really close contact with us.

The floors and sheets were constantly dirty in the hotel room. They were not cleaned properly.

The pool area is ok, but I didn't really get to enjoy my vacation when I got food poisoning.

Ruokamyrkytys, pilaantunutta ruokaa tarjolla, torakoita, likaisia lattioita ja epäystävällistä palvelua.

Saimme hotellin ravintolasta picnic-laatikon, jossa oli mm. leipiä. Saimme leivistä, joiden välissä oli paljon salaattia ruokamyrkytyksen. Ravintolassa oli myös huono hygienia. Ruuan ottimet lilluivat ruuan seassa ja torakoita juoksenteli ruokien läheisyydessä ja ravintolan seinillä. Ruoka oli myös täysin mautonta. Ensimmäisenä ilta laskuttivat juomista enemmän, mitä listalla luki. Tämän jälkeen piti itse laskimella laskea, että lasku täsmää tilattuihin juomiin.

Hotelli tietenkin kielsi ruokamyrkytyksen mahdollisuuden ja ei ottanut vastuutansa. Saimme töykeitä vastauksia. Meillä kyse ei ollut viruksesta, koska lapsemme eivät saaneet mitään oireita. He eivät syöneet hotellin ruokia. Lapset olivat todella läheisessä kontaktissa meidän kanssa.

Lattiat ja lakanat olivat hotellihuoneessa jatkuvasti likaisia. Niitä ei siivottu kunnolla.

Allasalue ok, mutta ei päässyt lomasta nyt oikein nauttimaan, kun sai ruokamyrkytyksen ja loma oli pihalla.
