Una solución para los viajeros con poco presupuesto y los que viajan solos: muchas plazas para dormir en dormitorios y algunas habitaciones privadas. El alojamiento es decente y está bien equipado (cocina americana). El personal habla muy bien inglés, para facilitar al máximo las conversaciones. El ambiente recuerda al de un albergue juvenil, fomentando las actividades en grupo y los encuentros entre viajeros. Hay un bar en la azotea de la5ª planta, con bonitas vistas de la Acrópolis. Location is fantastic, walking distance to all of the archaeological sites. There are convenience stores and restaurants all around.
The only negative experience I have is the poor maintenance of some items, like electricity socket, and loose toilet seats (I almost fell after losing my balance ????).
Overall, it is my first and very positive hostel experience.
1. Location near the city center and in a safe feeling area. Multiple restaurants and a small supermarket and metro all within 2 minute walk from the hostel.
2. Rooms. I stayed in a 6-bed mixed dorm. Cleaning done daily. Bathroom with a toilet and shower in each room.
3. Friendly and helpful staff.
4. Easy to socialize with others ex. during happyhour.
5. The common area could be a bit bigger, especially when eating breakfast the space feels a bit small.
6. The balcony could maybe have 1 or 2 chairs or stools to sit on.
7. Beds do not have curtains in them, however they have a reading light and a power outlet. Bed itself is alright.
8. The breakfast selection could be a bit wider but all in all its 7,5/10.
9. Walls are thin.
TLDR: Good social hostel in a good area. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Personale sempre di cattivo umore (sembra che i sorrisi si paghino) e avverso alla clientela. Ho lasciato la borsa incustodita al bar per una decina di minuti e dopo aver chiesto aiuto al bartender perché ormai era smarrita, mi è stata restituita con il portafoglio all’interno aperto e la carta di credito fuori posto: ho dovuto bloccare la carta. Quando ho comunicato l’accaduto alla reception sono stata messa in cattiva luce davanti a tutto il locale. Non ritornerò.
