Una bella casona histórica y florida, convertida en una efectiva mochilera donde pasan jóvenes de todo el mundo. Los activos son considerables: parquet, espacios coloridos, una bonita suite con baño privado y muchos servicios extra: wifi en todo el hotel, bar-restaurante, cocina a su disposición, lavandería, guardaequipajes. El ambiente es necesariamente animado, pero de buen carácter. Es un poco más caro, pero mucho más espacioso y muy limpio. Se encuentran a 5 cuadras de la Plaza de Armas, a unos 10 minutos andando en paralelo con la Av. El Sol.

Just dreadful, I don’t know how they’re still open when they clearly have a structural issue with their water system.
I do want to say, sometimes the Cusco municipal shut off water at around 10pm, but Pariwana constantly use this as an excuse despite the other hostels having water up to that hour (Pariwana didn’t) and some hostels having reserves keeping it on for longer.
Volunteers are great but the main staff left much to be desired when it comes to customer service.
Stayed here for 6 days and didn’t have any water for 4 of them. They said on the first day it would be back around 5pm, but still no water 4 days later. Looking at the reviews this has been happening for 6+ months. They don’t tell you either, just a small sign on the front desk.
