Super hotel und Service. Sehr freundlich.

Hotel paradisíaco.

Pra mim é o melhor Hotel de Portugal e da Europa.

A experiência é fantástica desde o check in ao check out.
Há uma funcionária da recepção que é uma simpatia, os funcionários do pequeno almoço são super profissionais e atenciosos.
O pequeno almoço é Super, mas super delicioso e muito variado. Os quartos super Limpos, aliás todo o hotel é limpo, já perdi a conta de todas as vezes que já lá fui, mas tenho sempre vontade de voltar mais e mais.

My believe is that the hotel will be 9/10 - 10/10 when they finish their reconstructions. Now we were a bit disappointed.
Everything could have been better if the hotel would understand that if they are under reconstruction (even if it’s a part of a hotel) and they don’t close up for them, the service and appreciation of the guests should be 10/10. You can add perks during breakfast, you can give upgrades to the rooms, free dinners or snacks, the possibilities are endless, those are just a few that we meet when staying in hotels that are being reconstructed.
We booked this hotel for our honeymoon long time ago and we got a message about reconstructions. But we booked it partly of the jacuzzis, so the hotel trying to downplay the importance of them and also the bar reconstruction wasn’t cute. If we can pay less in the hotel nearby without any reconstruction why should we pay same here? :) Meaning that if hotel is trying to do both - accept guests and not close up for reconstruction they should provide some perks to keep their attractiveness. Because the truth is we were affected by the fact that those areas didn’t work, also by the lower quality of “new bar area” and services/foods they provide, though the hotel thought and told us that’s ok. I think that if we would’ve gotten a better room or some perks upon arrival that feeling would be compensated a bit. But now the feeling that we left with was - we did pay the same amount as the guests paid before the reconstruction and will pay after, guests who will be able to enjoy those areas, but we weren’t compensated for that. And of course - hotels policy can be whatever. That’s not our decision. But it’s just not how the higher class hotels usually handle those situations.
So I believe it will be a great hotel after. And for their “reconstruction” period I suggest to work on guests happiness a bit more. Because it’s not easy to earn a higher rating, but it’s super easy to lose it.

Solo puedo decir cosas buenas, excelente trato, todo cuidado al detalle, descanso y relax. El desayuno de primera calidad. La comida exquisita llena de sabor, cuidando las alergias al mínimo detalle. Personal amable y educado. Su piscina cuidada al igual que el jardín con su piscina termal una maravilla.

Très bel hôtel complètement rénové , chambres très spacieuses avec une vue sur le jardin , et un lac absolument fabuleux , ferrugineux ou l eau jaillit des entrailles de la terre à 38 degrés
L''hôtel possède un jardin botanique , c est un paradis

Superbe hotel. Endroit calme avec accès au très beau jardin et à la piscine thermale. Deux autres petits bassins pour les enfants et les plus discrets. Jardin et piscine payant pour les non-résidents.
Le p'tit déj. varié et copieux. Prix normal @ €123/nuitée. Donc, faut profiter quand l'hôtel propose des remises.

Superbe hôtel 4 étoiles complètement Art Déco. Implanté dans le fabuleux parc botanique du même nom dont l'accès est libre jour et nuit pour les clients de l'hôtel (sinon, 6.00€pp). Ce parc propose un énorme bassin où se baigner dans des eaux thermales à 38°C. (Les peignoirs de bain sont inclus dans la chambre.) Un rêve! C'est un peu cher mais en février nous avons payé 96.00 la double, pt dèj.(buffet de qualité) inclus, en passant par le site "http://www.visitazores.com". Et Furnas vaut le détour.
