Beautiful boutique hotel. When you step in the door you are enveloped but calm and nature. Room was beautiful and big and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were welcoming and lovely. It’s a little outside of the main par of Ponta Delgada but the quiet is most welcome. Car would be recommended if you are staying here.

Всё было прекрасно: от идеальной чистоты и приятных ароматов по всей территории до радушия персонала. Просторный номер с удобными кроватями и таким приятным текстилем, эко-стиль, натуральная косметика в ванной.
Очень вкусный завтрак и (наконец-то!) вкусный кофе (поверьте, найти хороший кофе на острове - целый квест).
Сад с ананасовой теплицей и спа.
Детская комната с миллионом игрушек! Это было восхитительно, наша 3летняя дочь была в восторге! И мы - от того, что можем развлечь её в такой прекрасной обстановке.
Мы обязательно вернемся сюда ещё раз. Спасибо персоналу и владельцам отеля, это была идеальная перезагрузка ❤️

Easy drive to the airport, if that's your minimum. The bonus is a Turkish bath, sauna, plunge pool in the pineapple greenhouse, optional massages, Pilates, yoga, padel ball, impeccable gardens, ample parking, fascinating site history, amazing breakfast, the comfiest beds ever, a pillow " bar " and some very stylish hotel staff.

My recent stay at Senhora da Rosa, Tradition & Nature Hotel was an absolute delight, leaving us with nothing but glowing praise for this hidden gem nestled very near Ponta Delgada.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and tranquility. The boutique charm of the hotel is evident in every detail, from the tastefully decorated interiors to the personalized service provided by the attentive staff. The owner herself, Joana, welcomed us and was extremely helpful.

The rooms are a sanctuary of comfort and style, boasting sustainable amenities alongside cozy touches that make you feel right at home. The bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, while the turn down service accompanied by a delicious treat, added an extra touch of indulgence to our stay.

One of the highlights of my experience was undoubtedly the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurants "Mirante" and "Magma" offer a delectable array of dishes, expertly crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Each meal was a culinary delight, perfectly complemented by the warm and inviting ambiance of the dining area.

Beyond the comforts of the hotel itself, its prime location makes it an ideal choice for exploring the island. Whether driving through the island's attractions or simply soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel itself, there is no shortage of things to see and do. I enjoyed a wonderful massage at the hotel spa "Musgo", and loved the early morning walk in the hotel's garden.

However, what truly sets this boutique hotel apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in to the day of my departure, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Senhora da Rosa, Tradition & Nature Hotel highly enough. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat and a luxurious home base for your adventures in São Miguel, this charming hotel offers an experience that is second to none. Fantastic 5 night stay with exceptional customer service, an excellent breakfast each morning and what can I say...a hot spring pineapple plunge pool. We walked into town, about a 45 minute walk, and also rented a car. It was nice to be in a quiet location and eat in both Ponta Delgado and other small towns closer to the hotel. I will be returning again.

Pela primeira vez, o Almoço e o respectivo serviço, ficou muitíssimo aquém das expectativas. Quase todos os pratos foram elaborados com combinações improváveis e falta de empenhamento, coisa que nunca tinha acontecido.

The bungalow we rented was absolutely gorgeous! We had an outdoor tub and our own private porch area in the back where we were able to enjoy the local flora and fauna. The birds singing all around with the vibrant green scenery was unforgettable. 12 out of 10 would return in the future.

O estacionamento tem uma árvore saída,sem visibilidade, que me levou a um toque na traseira do carro.

Um hotel com um conceito demarcante, unido às tradições locais e que celebra a Natureza em todo o seu ser. Lindos jardins, de notar a piscina nas estufas de ananás.
A equipa é super simpática e prestativa, sentimo-nos bem-vindos.
Altamente recomendado para quem precisa de um tempo só para si.

Nice and quiet area in P'ta Delgada. We had a very good week in SenhoraDaRosa. Staff is exxelent and very helpful. Good breakfast and dinner. Need taxi for an trip downtown (walk is min. 30min)

Uma experiência única. Todo o espaço super bem decorado numa perfeita harmonia com toda a envolvencia do hotel. Uma experiência magnifica ter oportunidade de tomar banho de água dentro de uma estufa de ananás.
Todo o Staff é super simpático tornando a experiência familiar.
A experiência no Mirante Rooftop Bar é uma verdadeira explosão de sabores.

Was enjoying the hotel and staff until I had a massage and my diamond necklace was stolen from the massage room. It was a special gift from a friend who passed away so I was very sad and disappointed. I would have expected honesty in a quality hotel.

Beautiful island. Great bar tender.
Rooms were perfect.
Restaurant food was passable, neither took away nor added to the stay.
We will stay there again on our next trip.

Bel hôtel. Sauna, Hamam, petite piscine chaude dans la serre aux ananas, piscine extérieure. Personnel particulièrement agréable et prévenant. Resto japonais excellent, snack au bar très bien. Petit déjeuner avec possibilité de commander des œufs, bon pain et bon jus d'orange. A noter, pour un départ à 5h du matin, thermos de thé et de café, quelques viennoiseries, yaourt, jambon et fromage : très agréable.
Points négatifs : chambres de base manquent de rangement et de place. Petit déjeuner manque de variété, et viennoiseries souvent de la veille. Café et thé très moyens.
