HOLIDAY INN RESORT

We had a great 3 days. All the staff was wonderful

No words can describe our stay and the beauty of the ocean and not to mention our favorite Bobby T. working the front desk. He always has the customer’s best interest! He welcomed us and remembered our name. He is absolutely exceptional when it comes to providing superior customer service. He genuinely wants to make sure the customer is fulfilled in every way possible and even remembered our son’s birthday. We have been coming to this hotel for years and love to always be welcomed by Bobby. The property is convenient to everything the beach goer needs. Our favorite is always being able to face the ocean and never miss a sunset. The AC is plenty cold on those hot days and the shower has plenty of pressure. Everything you need for kids and adults are on the property without having to leave. The little store by the pool also has everything you might need and is right there. Food is fabulous along with nightly entertainment. Absolutely Fantastic stay. Please recognize Bobby for his exceptional service and always making our stay unforgettable….

We had a full size refrigerator in the room it was very loud. And people at the pool were loud at 11 o'clock at night,where was management. Holiday Inn resorts did not offer breakfast or a coffee. When you are IHG member like we our,there was no perks there. Would not go back. The only thing this place had was it's location.

I don't want to be this guy. But I'm so confused I won a beach vacation a few months back to stay at holiday inn resort Panama City Beach well I called on 2-14-24 to make a reservation for 2-16-24 through the 18th when I asked the lady in reservation was there rooms available she was like yes we have several which location would you want I said it doesn't matter just looking for a quick get away with my wife she said ok we got rooms available at everyone of them I said ok I have a certificate where I won the vacation that's when she told me they have no rooms for the winner certificate how can you have plenty of room then when I said I won you can't get me a room a room is a room regardless how you pay for it if a upper management will call me or contact me I sure would appreciate it

Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach FL. So much more than a motel it is a Resort!!! Food services at Holiday Inn Resort are the best on the beach, from grouper to shrimp to fresh fruit treys there are none better. The servers are helpful with suggestions for drinks and food.
