Excellent place for a beautiful ocean view! We had a king room suite on the top floor (15th) with amazing ocean views! the outside bar had great service and the Pizza Parlor was oh so yummy!! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to stay, with good rooms, great food and excellent customer service! Our check-in hostess, Keeli, is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! Great job Keeli! You provided excellent service and helped provide us with an exceptional vacation stay!!!! You're amazing!

Vacaciones perfectas.
Cuarto limpio, hermosa vista, clima perfecto ???? estuvimos a 70's °f. El agua de la piscina calentita. Estas vacaciones no pudieron ser más perfectas. Llevamos conchitas ???? ???? fue muy divertido. Lo recomiendo 100%.

This was our second time coming and experience was even better. My only problem was eating at the resort restaurant and the lady waitress charged me for a meal that was supposed to be free. Other than that a fun place.

Everyone was super friendly. They're constantly cleaning everything. Very good experience. Heated pool. Beach access. Movies at the pool was a hit with the kids.

Upon arrival, you go into the lobby that has free sweet tea and water. That is a great start. The front desk people are beyond helpful and friendly. They are there to answer any questions. The room was nice and clean. It included a FULL SIZE fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The outside area is out of this world. There is plenty for adults and children to do. The food out by the pool was great. There was nothing there we didn't like. The activities such as the dive in movies were fun. The game room with pool tables provided some excellent family time. Beach access is easy and convenient. I had one complaint, which was I don't like to "lay" by the pool. There are only lounge chairs there. I made this known to a manager, and just like that, I had a rocking chair sat right next to my wife's lounge chair. They will do anything to make you happy. Me and my family had a great time and will be back!!

No words can describe our stay and the beauty of the ocean and not to mention our favorite Bobby T. working the front desk. He always has the customer’s best interest! He welcomed us and remembered our name. He is absolutely exceptional when it comes to providing superior customer service. He genuinely wants to make sure the customer is fulfilled in every way possible and even remembered our son’s birthday. We have been coming to this hotel for years and love to always be welcomed by Bobby. The property is convenient to everything the beach goer needs. Our favorite is always being able to face the ocean and never miss a sunset. The AC is plenty cold on those hot days and the shower has plenty of pressure. Everything you need for kids and adults are on the property without having to leave. The little store by the pool also has everything you might need and is right there. Food is fabulous along with nightly entertainment. Absolutely Fantastic stay. Please recognize Bobby for his exceptional service and always making our stay unforgettable….

We had a full size refrigerator in the room it was very loud. And people at the pool were loud at 11 o'clock at night,where was management. Holiday Inn resorts did not offer breakfast or a coffee. When you are IHG member like we our,there was no perks there. Would not go back. The only thing this place had was it's location.

I don't want to be this guy. But I'm so confused I won a beach vacation a few months back to stay at holiday inn resort Panama City Beach well I called on 2-14-24 to make a reservation for 2-16-24 through the 18th when I asked the lady in reservation was there rooms available she was like yes we have several which location would you want I said it doesn't matter just looking for a quick get away with my wife she said ok we got rooms available at everyone of them I said ok I have a certificate where I won the vacation that's when she told me they have no rooms for the winner certificate how can you have plenty of room then when I said I won you can't get me a room a room is a room regardless how you pay for it if a upper management will call me or contact me I sure would appreciate it

Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach FL. So much more than a motel it is a Resort!!! Food services at Holiday Inn Resort are the best on the beach, from grouper to shrimp to fresh fruit treys there are none better. The servers are helpful with suggestions for drinks and food.

Do not make your choose of resorts based on there here pics the room are dated very dated and carpet is filthy not happy at all had me pay 1000 bucks for 4 nights and then 250 when we got here for a resort fee in February when you can’t use the pool and anything they really offer because it’s cold outside. Ever been to Florida will prob not come back based on my experience here should have know better being a holiday in and all. Thought we would try it was a mistake I advise not going by stars on web sites or pics they have to have bots putting in reviews. Room was not nice parking is also outside no garage. Cars are open to elements all day. Just not much to say besides had a miserable time.

UPDATE : lt's now February and I'm still waiting for a call back from this hotel. I called them based on their response to my review and they had no idea who wrote it and just gave me the run around and then said they will call me back and took my info. I am still waiting for that call.
Terrible management and awful hotel. I would give it a zero if I could. No appreciation for loyalty to their customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know to do that same.

The resort was so beautiful and the staff was so nice! There are a couple of restaurants on site. There is a coffee bar where we got spiked coffee that was delicious! The pool looked amazing! It even has a waterfall. It wasn't heated, so we didn't get to enjoy it this time, but I can imagine it's awesome in the warmer months. We did enjoy the hot tub! It's one of the biggest I've ever been in! There is also a large Tiki bar and a pizza place at the pool. We also were able to experience the wonderful spa that is on site. We got massages that were awesome! There is a small convenience store on site as well. The resort is across the street from a couple nice beach shops. There is also a Mexican restaurant, burger king and waffle house within waking distance. We can't wait to visit again! We're already planning our next visit!

Michael, the manager, took our stay from fantastic to phenomenal!! He was so accommodating and really took great care of our family!! He is an awesome guy and really embodies the personal touch of hospitality at this special place. We will definitely be back again!! This is our forever hotel!! Thank you Michael and staff at the Holiday Inn Resort at Panama City Beach for making our stay so spectacular!
