Gabriele Bonci instaló su horno de pan y pizza en esta pequeña tienda metida entre una barbería y una droguería. Y fue desde aquí desde donde conquistó Roma y a los romanos, ¡hasta el punto de que llegó a presentar el concurso del mejor forno en la televisión italiana! Pocos turistas se aventuran por esta calle de sentido único. Sin embargo, es aquí donde se encuentran algunas de las mejores -y sin duda las más famosas- pizzas al taglio de la capital italiana. La masa refinada y los ingredientes selectos hacen de Bonci's un éxito.

It took us 50 min just to place the order and I had 19 numbers ahead of me. I even went in an “tried” to pre-select what i would want to have, but when the time came non of the pizzas i was thinking of were available. So i just picked random ones of the ones available.
It’s quite expensive and you buy them by weight. Even if you ask for smaller piece they kind of don’t listen/care and you end up with the size they give you. The pizza is nice. Not the best and nothing like the hype people are giving it.
No place to sit and dine and the soft drinks is like a fake version of Coca Cola for the same price.
Probably my first and only visit.
