FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON FRENCH QUARTER ^{* * *}

Right on bourbon street. The bed was comfortable & I couldn't hear the noise outside.

Excellent location on Bourbon Street, nice and clean rooms, great breakfast & dinner at Puccini Bar. Super service by Andrew and Bartender Duchante. Only issue was the room #311 small size of 1 queen size bed and had a very small bathroom. I guess due to service elevator next to it that covered the room. For the same price it is better to get any 2 Queen Beds that is much bigger with bigger bathroom. Overall good experience.

It was a great stay but word to the wise you can hear everything on talouse and bourbon Street all night long. The room came with ear plugs. The front desk staff were awesome. The security were a delight to talk to all night as we watched bourbon Street. I'm not a big fan of how many points this property cost for a lifetime Titanium member but alas it was all fun. Make sure your bring your own food and drink as selection and hours may not be conducive. Valet parking was easy. We would stay here again just knowing details going in.

The rooms are lovely. Nice comfy beds. The front reception staff are super lovely and went out of their way to switch me to a quieter room as the noise for bourbon street is extremely loud even in the 5th floor rooms. It was so difficult for me to ask and i didnt want to be a bother but they were so kind about it. If coming for a conference where sleep is a priority I would ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. Its quiet peaceful. Although it is fun to be in the middle of the night life. The shower head is a little strange and has zero water pressure, very difficult to dance around under.
However, when they say breakfast included, they mean you can only order the four points breakfast plate and that's it. I had one wonderful server the Tuesday who was very attentive and lovely who took the time to quickly make small conversation between customers, who also allowed me to pay the difference between what I wanted and what the hotel offered which I really appreciated seeing as my company would only pay for a hotel that had breakfast included and i really dont like their "big breakfast" plate. however Wednesday morning (this morning) there was a tour group of 50 people (the breakfast room cannot even accomodate that many people) they were apparently understaffed and the manager would not budge and was quite snippy. It may have been because I walked into the room at 8:05am and seated myself but the previous mornings other staff had told me this was fine and not to wait for them to find a table. Also half the tour group was standing in the bar so I thought they were going out and I may have cut in front of them but honestly, it was very unclear and very badly organised.
Was such a shame as I was having such a great trip. And live update: just brought me the bill while I'm in the middle of breakfast, I guess Im not allowed to order the muffin I was looking at or an additional smoothie.

Nice rooms. The staff was the most awesome and friendly. Every single one from day to night. Good location on the main part of Bourbon Street.
