We had a wonderful experience here at this hotel. We stay here during Mardi Gras and always have a fantastic time. The rooms, service and food are extremely good. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Comfy bed. Nice to have second sink outside the bathroom to get ready. Good continental breakfast. Good Mexican next door at Superior Grille

While this is conveniently located, that’s where the good aspects end. Our room had absolute zero charm (unlike the photos on the website). Many things in the room are run down or outright broken. It also left a lot to be desired in cleanliness. There is also no one on site. We stayed for 4 nights and never saw an employee. The front door it left open, leaving the place completely unsecured at all hours. On our final night, our smoke alarm started blaring after we had gone to sleep and continued for over an hour before it finally went off. We called and they said they outsource maintenance and that they’d be on their way. They never showed up.

I booked a room at the hotel and about a week before my stay I had to cancel due to a small family emergency. The staff was very helpful and understanding with my cancellation and helped me over the phone very quickly and easily. Thank you for the excellent customer service despite me having to cancel my visit.

This place is a joke! There are no employees on site so if you have any questions or concerns good luck! The rooms are very small and smell like Mold. The door locks don’t work half the time so it is really fun waiting at your door for them to work. They don’t even have a lobby at all. I would not ever stay here again. Not worth 30 dollars a night especially not 100. I would rather sleep in my car on the side of the road. Can’t even watch TV because batteries are dead in the remote and no workers anywhere on site
