Se inaugurará en diciembre de 2020 y es el primer hotel que abre en el Barrio Francés en más de 50 años. Situado cerca del río Mississippi y del Acuario Audubon de las Américas, ocupa un almacén restaurado de la época de la caña de azúcar. Sus 83 habitaciones están repartidas en ocho plantas y son increíblemente luminosas, por no hablar de su estilo con paredes de ladrillo. El hotel cuenta con el moderno restaurante y bar Batture, una terraza en la azotea, un patio con chimenea y piscina, un gimnasio y aparcamiento de pago.

The only complaint is that the front desk folks were somewhat aloof. One of quirks of the hotel is that they service the rooms only when asked. We asked for service one day when leaving the hotel late morning and we were told that we had missed the cut-off time for asking for service. Given that this is a tourist destination, we were expecting a little more attention and more guidance/information from the hotel team.
Overall, we would still recommend it given its location and given that everything is still new.
