Albergue ideal para viajeros, a una manzana de St. Charles, que ofrece numerosos servicios, con balcón y cocina.

Pequeño y estupendo albergue en el Garden District, situado a una manzana de la avenida St. Charles y su tranvía a todos los puntos principales de la ciudad. Además de estar a un tiro de piedra de un montón de buenos lugares para comer, es un gran punto de encuentro para los viajeros en solitario (hay fiestas y salidas nocturnas todas las noches). Tiene un ambiente joven e internacional y ofrece muchos servicios: zonas comunes (instrumentos disponibles), cocina totalmente equipada, patio interior con barbacoa, balcón, taquillas y wifi gratuito, etc.

Stayed here twice. Best Hostel I have ever been a guest in. Staff were amazing. Loved the drinking games and pub crawls. Highly recommended

As a traveler who has stayed in many hostels throughout Asia, Mexico, and Europe, Auberge is one of the most memorable hostels I have stayed at. I loved meeting and going out with everyone working at the hostel. Ren, Kat, and Maelle had great recommendations outside of typical tourist spots. The house is super clean but also perfect for lounging around and watching a movie. I extended my stay twice while I was there (from 2 days to 6 days). For me the location was also perfectly situated between the French Quarter and the Garden District— not on a loud busy street but within walking distance of places to go out. Will definitely be back!

他の宿にはない食器洗浄機がある。シャワー室にはシャワーが二つ付いていて、身体の前と背後が同時に流せる。至る所に暖房が備わっており、寒い時にいつでも点けることができる。また、ところどころにオシャレな絵も飾られている。ここまで完璧！しかしながら、宿泊施設と呼ぶには大きな問題がいくつかある。私が予約したのは一階の10台ベッド部屋。寝室の壁一枚を隔てて、屋外にはパーティ会場、屋内には映画館を兼ねたコモンルームがある。ここはパーティで有名なホステル。私の滞在中も、パーティがあった。パーティ終了の時間は23時と決まってた。だが、残念なことに就寝時間は決まってなかった。パーティの後に残った数人が隣の部屋で1時まで映画を見ながら話をしていた。その中には従業員もいた。更に深刻な問題が一つ。従業員がチェックインのときに客に十分な情報を提供していない。３連泊最後の日、外出から帰り、パスワードを入力して中に入ろうとしたが、できれなかった。仕方ないのでドアベルで人を呼んで中に入った。その後、キッチンで昼食を採ろうと思って冷蔵庫を開けると私の食べ物がなくなっていた。従業員に問うと、捨ててしまったとのこと。参った！困った！腹減った！「入り口のパスワード変更についてのお知らせはEmailで、冷蔵庫の整理についてのお知らせは宿のWhatAppアカウントに送った」と説明。そんなこと何も聞いてない！私は宿用のWhatAppを登録してないし、外出中にWiFiにつなげられない。なので宿のやっていることは、私にとっては単なる嫌がらせにしか過ぎなかった。もし夜遅く、誰もいないときに空腹で帰ってきたら、、、と考えるだけでぞっとした。

So I never even got to see a room. I reserved a bed early morning and later on called when I had issues with my card. When I explained that I was here for work and between housing, I was told that was fine. When I finally get there to check-in, suddenly I need proof of an exit date. Mind you, I'm not local and have an out of state Id.
The girl to front didn't ask if my living here would be temporary or permanent, just "Sorry" and now I'm spending the night in 45 degree weather.
