Beautiful hotel with nice service and good location. We had a few small problems that effected the rating. There was no one to bring in our bags when we arrived. Also, the terrace staff could use a little training on welcoming guests to their restaurant. Finally, the plug for the nespresso did not work and we had to move it to another plug.
There are so many positive things to say about the Palacio de los Patos. The decor was beautiful, the location was centrally located and walkable to shopping and restaurants. The staff went out of their way to allow for special requests and were friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was delicious, including fresh fruits and delicious pastries. The spa was exactly what you needed after walking the beautiful cobblestone streets of Granada! Highly recommend
Excelente lugar si lo que buscan es no dormir nada y no descansar cuando lleguen al hotel por la noche. Las habitaciones están pésimas, terriblemente diseñadas y se escucha absolutamente todo lo que sucede en la habitación contigua. La cama es dura y las almohadas son como una pluma de delgadas y el hotel barato no es para nada. Por lo que se paga seguro encontrarán una mucho mejor opción.
Loved this hotel! Upgraded to a junior suite and the architecture was gorgeous. The staff was a bunch of sweethearts! Everyone was very nice to us. We also really enjoyed the spa and steam room. It made our trip to Granada special and we thank you all again. Can't wait to come back.
Stunning oasis of luxury. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably close to everything (15-20 min walk to Alhambra).
Beautiful historic building, carefully renovated to deliver a modern 5* hotel. Rooms were great. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely bathroom, with powerful shower and bath. Small but enjoyable spa. The steam room was especially good, huge amounts of steam. Relaxation pool with jets (not powerful enough for a hydromassage but fine for relaxing). Great room service & restaurant. Only missing a swimming pool and gym.
It’s a mistake that we have chosen Hospes Palacio de los Patos for our stay in Granada. We wanted to end our 2-week tour in Andalucía with a stay in a nice hotel before returning home. Unfortunately it turned out to be a great disappointment.
As a Marriott Bonvoy member, selecting hotels under its chain has always been our priority, as we know we can be assured of its quality and service. Unfortunately not this time. At check-in, we were told by the staff at front desk that Design Hotel Group is just an “associate” with Marriott and does not recognise the Bonvoy membership status (even Titanium status means nothing).
I wonder if this “association” with Marriott is simply for luring Bonvoy members to stay. No upgrading of room (reason being not available, wonder how true that was), no complimentary breakfast, they don’t even have the membership number on file, and told us to fill in the form!
5-star grading comes with a 5-star expectation. Instead of focusing on what their guests require and how they could make the stay more comfortable, they were more interested to get our credit card for authorisation at check-in. That was the first thing they asked for, normally this is done at the end of the check-in procedure in hotels.
Standard of the room - The faucet at the vanity sink is loose, mixer at shower is faulty with intermittent very hot and very cold water, air-conditioner not working-had to cool down the room with a fan!
Very disappointed with the poor service and attitude of the front desk staff (maybe we didn’t look “rich” enough for them).
Los empleados de limpieza son buenísimos pero muy mala atención de la recepción y el restaurante del hotel. De vende como 5 estrellas pero no hay nada más alejado.
Solo hemos ido a cenar un par de veces al restaurante , pero cada vez que vamos alucinamos con lo bueno que está todo. Es caro, sí, pero merece la pena. Siempre que podemos repetimos.
Un lugar de 10 con una atención por parte de su personal fantástica.
Somos una pareja que estuvimos en el spa, con masaje y luego comimos en el restaurante.
La atención del personal es muy agradable y la comida en el restaurante a la altura.
Quiero resaltar la atención recibida por parte del responsable del restaurante en la comida del 24 de febrero, una atención y trato exquisito y profesional.

Martin at the front desk made our stay incredible. We received top notch treatment everywhere he arranged for us to go. Highly recommended to experience the best of Granada.
Great spa and definitely get a massage. After 3 hours walking the Alhambra and another hour+ walking Granada my feet, legs, and back were screaming but after 50 minutes massage they were ready to go again!
Hemos tenido una experiencia muy bonita en Hotel Hospes Palacio de los Patos. La atención por parte del servicio del hotel es de 5 estrellas. La habitación que nos toco estaba muy bien teniendo en cuenta que es una casa histórica rehabilitada. La cama supergrande y comoda y las almohadas geniales. Nos regalaron una botella pequeña de vino tinto tempranillo, un bonito detalle para una noche especial. El hotel tiene también incluido en el precio el Spa, que aunque es pequeñito, está genial y se agradece, solo tiene una sauna normal, otra de humedad y una piscina con chorritos, suficiente para relajarte un rato. La ubicación es perfecta para luego pasear por el centro de Granada.
Fabulous hotel! Stunning palace with a modern extension next door. Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also very well located within easy walk of historic areas, restaurants and shops.

Assez décevant. Pas d'ambiance. Cadre assez agréable mais sans plus. Plats un peu trop salés. Desserts très basiques. Service ok mais pas plus. Dommage.
Beau patio ombragé, service sympathique et attentif . Les plats étaient bons, le pain aussi, c'est rare en Espagne !
La remise est appréciable car les prix sont parisiens! ????
