Pensión familiar con patio luminoso y habitaciones limpias y luminosas con ropa de cama decente y decoración muy sobria

En el corazón de Santa Cruz, en una callejuela muy tranquila, en 3 plantas sin ascensor, una docena de habitaciones limpias y diáfanas, 9 dobles y 3 individuales. Algunas de las habitaciones del primer piso tienen balcones o pequeñas terrazas, pero casi todas dan a la calle. Ropa de cama correcta y decoración muy sobria, con el inevitable patio lleno de luz y decorado con helechos. La dirección está regentada por una familia muy amable. En el lado negativo, la pensión es un poco ruidosa a ciertas horas del día, pero todas las habitaciones disponen de cuarto de baño.

We just finished a three-night stay here and had a lovely time. The owners were kind and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the building is very safe with a secured entrance. The location could not be better. Every day we wandered in different directions and found many good places to eat, shops and sights. We would recommend to any friends, family or travellers to stay here.

Stayed here in early September and was bowled away by the hospitality and kindness of Maria and her family.

This family run guesthouse is comfortable, clean and rustic with what I need for 4 nights in Seville.

It is tucked away on a small street and was pretty quiet but 5 to 7 mins away on foot from the old town where the alcazar and cathedral is located.

Received good recommendations on food from Maria and there was daily cleaning of my room provided.

The aircon was good to deal with the afternoon heat as well.

Loved my stay here and will come back again.

Note there is a 3am curfew and you have to buzz for a member of the family to let you in and out. No worries for me on that front though.
