Unfortunately we had issues with our room towels, toilet rolls and tea, not being replenished after the room was clean. Found that odd, had to request from reception. Second day breakfast was a disaster, so we left after waiting more than fifteen minutes and still no service. One waitress, trying to serve 10 tables. They would be better putting out a buffet instead of doing individual table service.
The rooms are spacious and well decorated too !
The rooftop is super nice with a nice view on the city and the Catedral
The breakfast is tasty !!
We did however enjoy the breakfast and the staff were very nice.
其次，酒店内部环境也很好，有天台，有风景，有餐厅。装饰以音乐为主题，足够特别。
但是，接近190欧的价格（算上早餐200多欧），我觉得完全不值得！外部再漂亮有什么用，住起来体验感很不好！
第一，房间内部维护的很差。房间正门需要大力推开不说，阳台的门几乎很难打开，打开了又不好关上，我都怕我再用力把它拉垮了！！花这个价格，就是为了阳台，等于白搭！洗手间的排气扇跟灯是一个开关，排气扇是那种很大声的旧式排气扇，晚上很想持续开着通风，但是又特别吵，半夜起来上厕所想开灯也会很吵。
第二，房间面积是我此次西班牙之行住的最小的（但也几乎是最贵的）。厕所很小很狭窄，胖人在里面应该很难转身。我的化妆品没地方放，最后都是放在箱子里蹲着完成化妆的。很无奈。
第三，房间早餐比较一般，竟然不是buffet....一些mini面包（大概六个）、cheese片、火鸡肉片、小杯菠萝丁*1、小杯草莓*1、两杯咖啡、两小杯酸奶麦片，两小块蛋糕、两小杯橙汁，这些一起28欧（每人14），继续无奈+1。（我是早上喜欢各种咖啡、茶、饮品的人，这里只有一杯）
第四，第一天房间打扫结束后，好像没有换毛巾，只是挂起来。因为厕所很小、很潮，所以毛巾也是潮的。失望+1
总之，这家酒店真的over rated，很失望，不想推荐。
The theme was music so pianos, violins, cellos everywhere plus a lot of Mozart and Chopin music. But there was a lovely roof terrace with a plunge pool and fabulous mojitos.
La entrada principal está siempre cerrada, tienes que entrar por un callejón, y ademas con dudas cuando accedía al hotel desconfiaban si yo era cliente o no siendo un hotel en teoría de 4 estrellas.
ASÍ ES QUE SI PAGAS POR UNA HABITACIÓN ESPECIAL NO VENGAS AQUÍ. Me pareció publicidad engañosa, NO DEBERÍAN OFERTAR HABITACIONES QUE NO ESTÁN DISPONIBLES.

2. 오래된 숙소에 배정받아서 그런지, 개미가 꽤 많이 나옴
3. 특유의 꿉꿉한 냄새가 숙소 안에 진동함
4. 공지없는 뜬금 아침공사로, 소음에 잠이 깸
5. 연계가 안되어있는 공영 주차장에 할인도 없이 주차해야함.(하루 25유로)
6. 5번 항목과 연계하여, 공영 주차장에서 호텔까지 이어진 돌길을 캐리어 끌고 와야함(약 4분)
> 기대하고 숙소에 들어가면.. 우울한 마음이 가득해지지만, 위치는 매우 좋으니 참고하시길 바랍니다.
이에 대한 호텔측 대응은 실망스러웠고, 방을 바꿔준다며 더 오래된 방들을 권유했습니다.
더군다나, 공사소음 소리를 분명히 들었음에도 그땐 공사를 진행하지 않았다며 발뺌하는 태도에 실망하고 결국 번거롭게 호텔을 옮기게 되었습니다.
(+방 시설이 낡고, 겨울에도 개미가 나옴)
Le personnel est charmant et toujours prêt à rendre service.
Le seul petit bémol est la taille de la piscine, ce n'est pas rédhibitoire mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à ce qu'elle ait la taille d'une piscine d'un gros hôtel touristique.
Je le recommande chaudement, dès l'entrée les yeux en prennent plein la vue !
