My wife and I visited Chalets Chamarel recently for three nights. We arrived during a torrential thunderstorm in the dark after travelling for 23 hours from London. We were soaked through and exhausted. On arrival the Chalets Chameral team were just brilliant. A warm welcome from Dalida on reception checking us in and making sure our bags were taken to our room immediately so we could shower and relax. The following morning we woke up to clear skies and a view of what could only be described as a natural paradise. What made it particularly special was the fact that it was also my birthday, something the entire team seemed to be aware of. Our first full day we spent enjoying a fabulous breakfast, getting familiar with our surroundings, enjoying our huge chalet (No.8) and spending time by the pool. The evening was topped by an excellent meal at the restaurant which included a couple of special birthday treats provided by their excellent chef Christine and the Restaurant Manager Dani...who prepared for me probably one of the best coctails I've ever had...thank you Dani!!!
We encountered what could only be described as tremendous first class service throughout our stay which was topped off by Christine cooking us a fabulous seafood salad (completely complementary)as we waited for our taxi to transfer us to our next destination.
Thanks again to Nitin, Christine, Dani, Dalida, Shanesh, Pravesh and the rest of the team for letting us experience this little slice of heaven!! David & Rose xx

Der Ort ist toll keine Frage, der Ausblick herrlich. Wir können uns hier jedoch nicht vorstellen wie max. 3 Tage zu verbringen.

Ein Auto ist Pflicht und die Karte am Abend ist sehr dünn bestückt, es gibt nur 3 verschiedene Gerichte, der Rest kostet ordentliches Extra.

- La vue est magnifique, apres avoir traversée le domaine de chamarel et sa foret, perché en haut de la colline, les chalets et le restaurant dominent, permettant d'avoir une vue dégagée et illimitée sur la mer.
- Les chambres sont décorées avec soin.
- Le restaurant et toute l'équipe de Dany sont adorables.
- La Chef propose une bonne cuisine variée
- Les conseils sur les activités éventuelles ont été aussi appréciés

Amélioration à envisager
- Limiter les surplus tarifaires au restaurant dans la formule demi pension
- Rendre l'eau au restaurant gratuite puisqu'elle est déjà dans les chambres
- mettre à disposition un plan de l'île à l'arrivée

Cependant, étant en pleine nature, et ceux malgré le traitement effectué par l'équipe d'entretiens, de nombreux nuisibles vous rendent visites
