Excellent hotel conveniently situated across from the Grenoble Bridge Club, where many competitions are held.

Une seul nuit passé, sur un coup de tête en amoureux. Chambre très cosy, magnifique et confortable.
Accès jusqu'à 21h aux spa et espace bien être. On en a profiter.
Proche du centre ville en voiture.
Petit bémol, restaurant de l'hôtel fermé le week-end là où il y a le plus de monde. Un peu dommage.
Sinon petit déjeuner excellent et avec du choix.

Le petit déjeuner était un peu décevant, mais l'accueil et les chambres sont très bien

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the centre and with a tram line close by. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Our bed was comfortably firm and we slept well. We were disappointed to find that the women's sauna was broken and felt the in-room offering of tiny paper cups for tea/coffee did not match the hotel's four star rating. Our room was very cold and could not be warmed up by changing the thermostat. Perhaps this was because it was on the top floor - it may also get very hot in summer. All in all, an OK stay but the small details pulled the overall rating down.

Arrivé vers 19H30 en mode demi-pension, je retourne tranquillement vers ma chambre 408. Hélas, la serrure ne fonctionne pas. Avec l'aide la sympathique personne en charge de l'accueil, d'un tournevis et de 10 mn d'attente et d'efforts. La porte s'est enfin ouverte. On m'a proposé une nouvelle chambre avec surclassement en privilège. Tout ceci n'était qu'un incident parfaitement pris en charge. Merci ! Peut-être la prochaine fois, compte-tenu de ma carte Diamond Accor, serait-il possible automatiquement de me proposer une chambre Privilège disponible ?

Un accueil très aimable, et sans défaut. Bel hôtel, propre, très bien équipé. Petit déjeuner complet et frais.

Very happy with our stay here! The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The reception staff were very friendly. The parking was free. The pool and sauna were a great addition too, nice to relax in after a few days skiing. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants and beautiful sites.

Hotel Mercure basique, Petite piscine avec remous et un sauna agréable
Personnel un peu froid (sauf au restaurant ou le personnel et symphatique)
WC trés proche du mur (pas fait pour les fortes corpulance) Un distributeur de savon dans la douche et deux petit savon sur le lavabo, un peu juste pour un 4 étoiles.

Un bel immeuble sur 7 étages après le premier boulevard circulaire (tram). Pas d'environnement pour diner à pied. captif dans l'hôtel. Si vous êtes motorisé et en transit mieux vaut choisir un hôtel plus à la campagne.
Belle chambre normalisée Mercure et restaurant accueillant, bon service au prix un peu élevé.
