Aquí es la mamá, Cécile, quien cocina el cuscús, ¡y está delicioso! O mejor dicho, ¡son deliciosos porque hay más de uno! Igual que los tajines, las keftas y todos los demás platos que prepara. A veces cocina su pastilla, ¡una delicia con mil y un sabores! Sólo sus pasteles de miel ya invitan a viajar. Además de la terraza de madera resguardada a lo largo del restaurante, hay una pequeñísima terraza suspendida con capacidad para una sola mesa para dos personas, con una vista extraordinaria sobre la llanura de Maures. ¡Auténtica cocina marroquí!

Dining at this gem of a Moroccan restaurant feels less like going out to eat and more like being welcomed into someone’s home—if that home just happens to serve some of the most delicious food you’ve had in ages. From the moment my husband and I walked in, the owner, and son—who runs the front of house with warmth and charm—greeted us like old friends. As the restaurant filled, he moved between tables with the ease of someone who’s genuinely happy to share his family's culture and hospitality.
But the real magic happens in the kitchen, where his 76-year-old mother is the heart and soul of the operation. She does all the cooking, and you can taste the experience, love, and sheer skill in every bite. The lamb tagines were deeply spiced and aromatic, bubbling hot and full of slow-cooked flavor that only a true pro could achieve. The couscous? Fluffy, fragrant, and served with a mix of almonds, raisins, cinnamon that was nothing short of heavenly.
This isn’t trendy or flashy dining—this is soul food, in every sense of the word. It is small inside and the atmosphere is cozy and convivial, filled with laughter, warmth, and the gentle clink of tagine lids and glasses. This place is not to be missed. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.
