The jacuzzi is not opened, the pool water is not clear and everything is a terribly bad condition. The garden is a huge bad state, it looks like it was last maintained in 2021. Furthermore, everything is dirty, the seats outside are so dirt you wont sit there.
Breakfast is served with not fresh bread, the wifi connection is tremendously bad and slow. Several lamps are broken and also the fan on the bathroom is broken. Furthermore, there is dust everywhere in the room.
Upon arrival it turned out that we did not have our own kitchenette, even though it was in the description. In a central room was a kitchenette that we could use. Obviously it has not been cleaned for months, and it had a refrigerator that was broken. How can you let people cook here????
Oh and about the host: He did not show any interest in us during our entire stay. We only heard Bonjour and Bon Apetit, nothing else. When we were packing the car on the last day, he did come to ask if liked our stay. When we said that this did not meet our expectations, he said that "this is not a hotel but a guest house" and walked away angry and irritated. Be aware of this man, he is only interested in your money and does not want to invest a single euro in his stay. It is a scam and people should be protected from people like this!
