Franck y Colette, herederos de una familia de agricultores especialistas en la cultura de la violeta desde 1880, te acogen en un ambiente distendido y cálido en su bastidel del siglo XVIII. En su antigua explotación agrícola, el establecimiento, en plena naturaleza, es una auténtica invitación al descanso. Este hotel está situado en el campo, cerca de las playas, las islas de Porquerolles, Port-Cros y el centro de la ciudad. Dos apartamentos y dos gitas independientes con terraza privada muy soleada completan la oferta de alquiler y el conjunto se enorgullece de una agradable piscina climatizada.

However, I feel that Franck takes an overly business approach to things whereby we were charged for breakfast even though normally for a B&B breakfast is included. This was a surprise to us, as was the taxes that were added on top of the breakfast cost. We were on a tight budget and this “add on” put another €45 per night to our cost. This was very disappointing. I approached Franck about this right away, but he was not really listening. He was just referencing what his website says instead of understanding our position. He preferred to point out that we stayed in an apartment as opposed to a room and this made all the difference.
We made it clear from the get-go that we were on a budget and paying €210 per night was already a big stretch for our 3 person on a long trip. I think it’s natural to assume that for an advertised Chambres D’hôte or B&B the accommodation comes with breakfast.
Additionally, we found that the welcome to the home, while appreciated , was overly long. Also the pool is quite small and not well-maintained. The sitting area in the photos is also not of any use.

La chambre clémentine était très agréable car reculée des autres chambres.
Certes Thomas a apporté une touche nostalgique mais même sans ça leur passion et leur empathie auraient été la même sans aucun doute.
