I recently stayed at La Bastide de Biot, and it was unforgettable and just amazing! The staff were kind, the breakfast was great and every facility was fantastic.
Firstly, the staff were happy to explain every question I had. They helped with all our requests and gave us free water, wine and orange juice. Every time we walked by, they smiled at us and waved at us, and even chatted with us occasionally!
Secondly, each room was provided with enough space and facilities. The toilets were clean, bed was made, and everything was tidy. The balcony was extremely helpful for washing clothes (bottom floor rooms also had one).
Thirdly, the swimming pool was clean and toys, float boards and balls were provided. The water temperature was perfect, and the sun Ed’s were super comfortable. The table tennis and table football tables were fine, and rarely used by guests.
Fourthly, the car park was great. The gate had a password after 8pm, for safety. Only guests knew the password. Disabled car spaces were provided if needed.
Finally, the breakfast was brilliant. Although there wasn’t much options, the ones present were great. From continental, to French, they were all present. It was perfect.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. Will come back soon!
