ADAGIO ACCESS POITIERS

I was very dissatisfied with my stay. I stayed over a weekend with my family. Besides the hallways smelling terrible, we experienced several issues. Firstly, the AC units in our room dripped a lot of water overnight. When we told the front desk we were just told this is ‘normal’ and had to ask for extra towels to clean it up ourselves.
We went swimming in the pool on Saturday (the pool itself was fine- plenty of pool toys etc). We had been told that the pool closed at 20:00. When we were swimming at around 17:30, a receptionist opened the pool door and shouted that the pool was closing- we didn’t understand what they said, as it was shouted very quickly,
and they never came into the pool room to verify we were leaving, so we stayed. Five minutes later the same receptionist came in, very angry, telling us that the pool was closing. When we explained that we had been told the pool closed at 20:00, she told us that was the weekday time. Though we were technically in the wrong (and didn’t know it because the timings on the door are in incredibly small font) she was extremely rude.
That same night, when we came back to the hotel at around midnight, we found our ACs were not working. They had been working when we left around 18:00, and when there were still people at the front desk. Despite calling the help number we were unable to reach anyone and had an insufferable night in the heat. The hotel is on a busy street h with nightlife so the noise from the street made opening the windows unbearable.

Calidad / precio genial, lo recomiendo

Clim défectueuse qui s'est mise à couler. Nous avons signalé le problème à l'hôtesse d'accueil qui nous a changé de chambre. Dans la nouvelle chambre, la clim ne fonctionnait tout simplement pas, nous avons passé deux nuits suffocante. Soit nous avons vraiment la poisse, soit il faudrait que leur équipements soient révisés de façon plus régulière. Nous avons demandé un remboursement à moitié de notre séjour, nous attendons maintenant que cela soit effectué au vu de la mauvaise prestation, ce serait un minimum de leur part !

De tous les hòtels Accor que j'ai connu, cet etablissement est de loin celui dont j'ai ete le plus decu. aucun service. je vais faire remonter ce qui s'est passe car cee n est pas possible de devoir attendre que le receptionniste finisse sa cigarette avant de pouvoir entamer le check-in. comportement plus que nonchalant de ce jeune jemenfoutiste, alors que l application mobile Accor m'indiquait que j'avais droit a une boisson de bienvenue, le receptionniste m arepondu k ils ne pouvaient offrir de boisson. aucun geste commercial. la receptionniste a ose me dire que la boissn de bienvenue pouvait etre substituee avec un cafe de la machine.. et bien evidemment on ne m a pas parlee de la piscine alors que j etais interessee pour me baigner. bref mauvaise experience.
